Authorities and family members are continuing to search for a missing elderly couple from Southern California.
According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department missing persons bulletins, Jesus Munoz and his wife, Maria Asuncion Munoz, were last seen in the 4200 block of Milburn Drive in unincorporated Los Angeles around 2 p.m. on April 20, which is Easter Sunday.
However, a family member of Jesus and Maria contacted affiliate KTLA to report that the couple has only been missing since Friday.
Jesus and Maria’s possible destination is the Costco in Alhambra, located at 2207 West Commonwealth Avenue, LASD stated; the family member confirmed that the store is a place the couple frequently visits.
They are said to be traveling in a white 2007 Nissan Pathfinder with a California license plate #7BAF335, the bulletins indicate.

Jesus, 83, stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 137 pounds and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, a black leather jacket and dark pants. He is diagnosed with anxiety, LASD said.
Maria, 82, is 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 95 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes. She has Alzheimer’s, authorities confirmed.
The family of Jesus and Maria Munoz are concerned for their well-being and is turning to the public for help. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is urged to call the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit: 323-890-5500.
