() A passionate Eric Trump says his new book “Under Siege: My Family’s Fight to Save Our Nation,” highlights the barrage of attacks President Donald Trump and his family have endured since they entered the political arena.

Eric Trump joined ‘s “CUOMO” to discuss the upcoming book and his experience since the president came down the escalator in Trump Tower in 2015.

Trump told his father has endured “slanderous lies” throughout his political career and noted several raids that have occurred at Mar-a-Lago and other Trump family homes, including the room of teenage Barron Trump.

He noted multiple Democratic states removing President Trump from their ballots, the two assassination attempts on his life before the last election, and the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, among others, as reasons for his family fearing constant attacks.

“They put our family, they put my father, they put me under siege. They put this nation under siege with their garbage and their games, all so they could get a couple extra votes, and it’s wrong, and the nation needs to know that.

“The people watching the show need to know what these people did, because it’s illegal, it’s undemocratic, and it’s the last thing that should ever happen to the United States of America.”

Trump also criticized media and political figures who often ask for the political rhetoric to be deescalated.

“I’m the first one that wants to take down the temperature. I just want to have a prosperous nation, which is the only reason that we’re in this fight. We’re dodging bullets,” he said.

“… They have tried to kill us at every road, and honestly, the Democratic media has become the PR firm for the Democratic Party, but unfortunately, or fortunately, the American people aren’t buying it anymore.”
