In Indianapolis, a fresh wave of evidence, previously confined to the courtroom, was submitted on Monday as part of Richard Allen’s bid to overturn his conviction in the high-profile Delphi murders of Indiana teenagers, Abby Williams and Libby German.
Abby and Libby, close friends, were tragically killed near a hiking trail in Delphi back in 2017, a case that puzzled investigators until Allen’s arrest in 2022. He was convicted a year ago, marking a significant development in the case.
This newly presented evidence was introduced at the behest of Allen’s appellate attorneys, who expressed the necessity of this material to effectively argue the appeal.
