A seasoned behavioral analyst, who has trained with agencies like the FBI and CIA, suggests that Bill Clinton displayed signs of deceit during his House Oversight Committee testimony concerning Jeffrey Epstein.
Last week, both Clintons were questioned about their interactions with the controversial billionaire during an ongoing investigation. Hillary Clinton, during her deposition on Thursday, firmly stated she had never met Epstein.
Bill Clinton testified on Friday behind closed doors, maintaining he was uninvolved in any illegal activities and had cut ties with Epstein well before the financier’s criminal actions became public knowledge.
The former president’s association with Epstein was once close, but reportedly ended in 2006 after Epstein faced criminal charges.
Scott Rouse, an expert in behavioral analysis, discussed with Jesse Weber whether the Clintons exhibited any deceptive behavior, stating, “He definitely did, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s guilty of what’s being alleged.”
The former president had a longstanding friendship with Epstein, which reportedly ended in 2006 after criminal charges were brought against the financier.
When asked by ’s Jesse Weber if there were signs of deception by the Clintons, behavioral expert Scott Rouse replied: “Him, definitely, but I’m not saying he did what they’re saying.
“But he’s showing all the things that protect himself from giving the true answer. I think he has what’s called guilty knowledge of what happened,” Rouse said.
Bill Clinton’s name and face appeared dozens of times in files released as part of the Justice Department’s investigation into Epstein, including in flight logs and photos.
“He’s showing what we call cues of deception,” Rouse added, when Clinton was “tight in his mouth.”
The latest release of the Epstein files confirmed a longstanding rumor about the existence of a painting depicting former President Clinton posing in a blue dress and high heels.
Theories have swirled for years about the painting’s significance and why it was reportedly in the possession of Epstein.
