The man who ran onto the field waving a Palestinian flag during Friday’s Subway Series game at Yankee Stadium has been identified as Long Island resident Kelly Marcucci, who now faces multiple misdemeanor charges.
Marcucci, wearing a baseball jersey bearing the words ‘No Kings,’ sprinted onto the field with the flag during the seventh inning. Security personnel tackled him as chants of ‘USA! USA!’ rang out across the stadium.
‘No Kings’ is a slogan widely embraced by critics of President Donald Trump.
The NYPD said Saturday that Marcucci, 38, was charged with interference with a professional sporting event and trespassing after his arrest during the Yankees’ 6-4 victory over the crosstown Mets. The protest took place during a game scheduled to mark the 25th anniversary of the World Trade Center terrorist attacks.
Before the game, Marcucci posted a lengthy message on Facebook criticizing figures including President Donald Trump and podcaster Joe Rogan. The post also addressed capitalism and Saudi Arabia’s alleged role in the September 11 terrorist attacks.
The Daily Mail verified a deactivated OnlyFans account belonging to Marcucci. Its profile image showed him shirtless in shorts, and although the photo appeared to be mirrored, a tattoo on his biceps was identifiable as the same design visible beneath his left sleeve at Yankee Stadium on Friday night.

Marcucci also claimed to have created the OnlyFans page ‘as a joke’ to see ‘how cultural normatives have passed judgement on those who have chose (sic) to make an “OnlyFans.” And that bothered me.’
Marcucci did not immediately respond to The Daily Mail’s request for comment.
