Ryan Seacrest’s recent appearance has sparked concern among fans, who have noticed his notably slimmer frame. This follows the unexpected announcement from his Wheel Of Fortune co-host, Vanna White, about her recent nuptials.
Vanna White, at 68, surprised audiences by revealing she had quietly wed her longtime partner, John Donaldson. Amidst the excitement of her announcement on the beloved game show, attention shifted to Seacrest, with several fans expressing worry over his visible weight loss.
Seacrest, 51, looked jubilant as he shared his congratulations and gave White a hug in a clip from the Wheel Of Fortune set shared on Instagram, but commenters on X (formerly Twitter) noted that he looked particularly thin compared to just a few years earlier.
Speculation abounds on social media, with some suggesting that the American Idol host might have joined the ranks of celebrities turning to Ozempic or other trendy weight-loss medications.
Meanwhile, others have voiced concerns about the possibility of Seacrest facing health issues, while urging the public to refrain from jumping to conclusions without further information.
As the curiosity persists, representatives for Seacrest have been approached by the Daily Mail for an official response.

Several users on X were left gobsmacked by Seacrest’s slimmed-down appearance.
‘That’s Ryan Seacrest??? No way. Absolutely no way,’ wrote one user.
‘Wow, Ryan Seacrest looks….different,’ another person wrote diplomatically.Â
One poster set off a wave of discussion when they wrote: ‘Why are so many people in Hollywood suddenly starting to look like this?’
The concerns about Seacrest’s apparent weight loss dovetailed with similar worries about the late Ozzy Osbourne’s wife Sharon and daughter Kelly, both of whom have displayed strikingly gaunt visages in recent months.
Multiple fans said they thought Seacrest’s face now looked gaunter than it had in previous years, when he had displayed a fuller face, though he was still impressively trim.
Despite the wave of worried social media reactions, an insider told the Daily Mail that Seacrest was doing great at the moment.
They said the Wheel Of Fortune host was happy and healthy, and he had lately been basking in the strong ratings from his first season co-hosting Wheel Of Fortune.Â

While some fans were clearly concerned, others said Seacrest had always been thin, and they didn’t think his current appearance marked much of a deviation from the norm
Others claimed that any differences in his appearance were just due to natural aging
While some fans were clearly concerned about his gaunt face, others said Seacrest had always been thin, and they didn’t think his current appearance marked much of a deviation from the norm.
‘Ryan Seacrest is 51 years old and never fat, looks good for his age. Why is everyone saying ozempic? lol so stupid,’ one of Seacrest’s fans wrote on X.Â
Others claimed that any differences in his appearance were just due to natural aging.Â
‘Ryan Seacrest has always been tiny, so I’m not sure that he looks any different other than older,’ one poster suggested.Â
Seacrest hasn’t given any indication that he is using any Ozempic-like weight-loss drugs, but he has documented an impressive commitment to physical fitness on social media.
Over the weekend, he posted a video of himself riding near the beach on an ElliptiGO bike, which doesn’t feature a seat and forces the biker to remain on their feet at all times.
In an earlier Instagram clip from November, Seacrest showcased his impressively massive biceps while lifting weights.Â
One commenter wrote approvingly that the TV host was ‘jacked,’ while another wrote, ‘Bro is shredded.’Â

Seacrest previously stoked fan fears when he shared a series of Instagram photos in July that showed him looking noticeably thinner. However, an insider told the Daily Mail at the time that he posted them because he thought they ‘made him look good’
Although the concerns about Seacrest’s gaunt appearance appeared to have swelled to their greatest level yet this week, fans had posted their worries about his weight throughout much of 2025
Although Seacrest appeared to be thinner than ever in the recent viral clip featuring White’s wedding announcement, this isn’t the first time that his fans have publicly shared their concerns over his apparent weight loss.Â
In July of last year, Seacrest posted a series of photos to Instagram that fans thought made him look considerably thinner.
Commenters aired their concerns, with one saying he looked ‘frail’ and another telling him, ‘you’re getting too skinny.’
‘Please tell me you’re not on the skinny drugs too,’ one commenter wrote anxiously.Â
However, plenty of others came to his defense, with some saying it was ‘rude’ to discuss his weight, urging others to ‘be positive and encouraging.’
An insider told the Daily Mail at the time that Seacrest had posted the alarm-raising photos because he thought they ‘made him look good.’
Although the concerns about Seacrest’s gaunt appearance appeared to have swelled to their greatest level yet this week, fans had posted their worries about his weight throughout much of 2025.
‘Is it just me or does Ryan Seacrest look like he should eat more? Kinda gaunt!’ one user wrote on X in late December.Â
