Over the weekend, he posted a video of himself riding near the beach on an ElliptiGO bike, which doesn’t feature a seat and forces the biker to remain on their feet at all times.

In an earlier Instagram clip from November, Seacrest showcased his impressively massive biceps while lifting weights.

In July of last year, Seacrest posted a series of photos to Instagram that fans thought made him look considerably thinner.

Commenters aired their concerns, with one saying he looked ‘frail’ and another telling him, ‘you’re getting too skinny.’

‘Please tell me you’re not on the skinny drugs too,’ one commenter wrote anxiously. 

However, plenty of others came to his defense, with some saying it was ‘rude’ to discuss his weight, urging others to ‘be positive and encouraging.’
