Federal authorities have announced a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the identification of a masked individual responsible for vandalizing an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) building in Tucson, Arizona, earlier this year.
The FBI’s Phoenix office reports that this person instigated violence and inflicted “significant damage” on an ICE facility dedicated to “enforcement and removal operations,” near South Country Club and East Valencia Roads on June 11. On Friday, officials revealed that two other individuals have been apprehended in connection with the incident, though additional details remain undisclosed.
According to Tucson police, a peaceful demonstration held at the site on June 11 turned violent when attendees clashed with security personnel, resulting in property damage exceeding $31,000.
