Hot and fresh out of the oven, Hulu has just unveiled the uproarious trailer for “Pizza Movie,” marking Gaten Matarazzo’s first venture since wrapping up the final season of “Stranger Things.”

In this comedic preview, we meet Matarazzo’s character, Jack, who is eager to shake up his routine and tells his friend, “Monty, we’re in college. These are meant to be the best years. I just want a fun night for once.”

The plot thickens when comedian Sarah Sherman introduces them to an experimental drug known as Mints. Initially, they believe the Mints are ineffective, but soon they find themselves devoured by a monster and plunged into a whirlwind of chaos.

Discovering that pizza is the key to combating their vivid hallucinations, Jack and Monty embark on a quest to find it. However, their journey turns out to be anything but simple, filled with explosive mishaps and bizarre encounters.

Joining Matarazzo in “Pizza Movie” are a talented ensemble cast, including Sean Giambrone, Lulu Wilson, Jack Martin, Peyton Elizabeth Lee, Marcus Scribner, Caleb Hearon, Justin Cooley, Kevin Matthew Reyes, Adam Herschman, and Lucas Zelnick.

Matarazzo is an executive producer. Brian McElhaney and Nick Kocher directed the film.

Watch the trailer now, and don’t miss “Pizza Movie” streaming April 3 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.
