Former Penthouse Pet Ready to Testify Against Ex-Fiancé Stephen Cloobeck

In a courtroom twist, a model who once graced the pages of Penthouse magazine has turned the tables on her billionaire ex-fiancé as she confronts multiple charges accusing her of swindling wealthy older men.

Adva Lavie’s recorded jail conversations with her ex-husband, Edan Ives, a notable figure in the adult film industry, were unveiled during a mental health diversion hearing in Los Angeles on Monday.

Over the course of ten calls, Lavie and Ives discussed exploiting her billionaire ex-fiancé Stephen Cloobeck’s credit card. The chatter emerged after Cloobeck ended their rapid-fire romance just last month.

Within those conversations, she expressed her willingness to testify against Cloobeck in his legal proceedings. These proceedings are linked to accusations of witness intimidation related to her criminal activities.

Detective Lopez reported Lavie, dressed in a yellow jumpsuit, communicated through “10 calls” with Ives. These calls were laden with affectionate terms and “I love yous,” reflecting her current stance on Cloobeck.

The calls revealed that Cloobeck and Lavie were not on “speaking terms” but that she still had access to his credit card.

Lavie told Ives “to use Cloobeck’s credit card, use the F**** out of it,” and suggested her mom should too, according to Lopez.

When asked by Ives if “Cloobeck would be mad?” Lavie replied “I don’t give and f—” and said she would testify against him in his upcoming case.

The billionaire is facing witness tampering and other felony charges related to Lavie’s case. Cloobeck was in the same courthouse Friday where he pleaded not guilty to all charges. 

The Post has learned the billionaire is no longer paying for Advie’s defense. Those familiar with the matter say when it comes to legal fees, Lavie is “on her own,” despite being surrounded Monday by high profile attorneys Lou Shaipiro, Jeffrey Rubenstein, and Jeremy Lessem.

Lessem argued Lavie should be released from jail and put into a rehab facility, which the defense has hand picked and Lavie has been accepted into.

“It’s in the mountains of Orange County, no cell phones allowed, a six months program addressing mental health and substance abuse,” Lessem told the court.

Ives and Lavie were officially divorced in March. The two had “an open relationship” according to Ives and made x-rated content.

In her diversion motion, filed last month, Lavie claimed that Ives had physically and sexually abused her. 

“She tells how abusive he is, he slaps her, mocks her. Yet she is calling him at least 10 times. She has a loving relationship with him not an estranged one,” prosecutors said.

Lavie is facing 11 years behind bars, and a decision on diversion is expected Monday afternoon.
