Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi was accused of assaulting former “Shahs of Sunset” co-star Paulina Ben-Cohen at a Los Angeles mall.

People obtained documents revealing that Ben-Cohen took legal action against Gharachedaghi following an incident last Friday.

Ben-Cohen stated that Gharachedaghi unexpectedly showed up at a Bloomingdale’s store and pressured her to step outside in order to talk privately where there were no security cameras.

During the encounter, Ben-Cohen, aged 34, claimed that Gharachedaghi, aged 43, began recording her with a phone and proceeded to make hurtful and disrespectful comments towards her.

Gharachedaghi allegedly said, “I’m going to f–k you up, you will pay for this.”

Ben-Cohen claimed a nearby security guard witnessed the verbal altercation but responded with a “blank stare and said something on his walkie-talkie” when she asked him to walk her to her car.

Ben-Cohen claimed she was “scared for [her] life.”

“I told her just please walk away. Please leave me alone. She said, ‘No, I have been waiting for this day,’” the influencer alleged in the filing.

“She purposely kept the phone right in my face as she is screaming … ‘You f–king bitch, I’m going to destroy you,’” Ben-Cohen claimed.

According to Ben-Cohen, the security guard eventually intervened before Gharachedaghi allegedly “hit [her] in the face.”

Ben-Cohen alleged Gharachedaghi “grabbed a chunk of [her] hair and yanked it.”

“Then [she] tried slapping my face but I moved and it hit my arm,” Ben-Cohen alleged. “The security guard told her she needed to stop before the cops come, and she claimed she did nothing wrong.”

The security guard allegedly had to hold Gharachedaghi back so Ben-Cohen could leave safely.

Per the filing, Gharachedaghi allegedly told Ben-Cohen, “I’m not done with you.”

Ben-Cohen has requested that Gharachedaghi stay 100 yards away from her and her two children. She also filed a police report.

Reps for Gharachedaghi weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

Ben-Cohen was previously engaged to fellow “Shahs of Sunset” co-star Mike Shouhed.

However, the exes called it quits shortly after Shouhed was arrested for alleged domestic violence in April 2022.

In March 2024, Ben-Cohen sued Shouhed for allegedly “vicious” and “brutal” attacks.
