Gwyneth Paltrow gave a very rare look inside her $1M closet located in her Montecito, California luxurious mansion on Wednesday.

The Oscar-winning actress showcased her collection of 100 cashmere sweaters from her G Label, available through GOOP, each priced at $600. This totals to $60,000 worth of luxurious sweaters.

There were sweaters hanging in her closet and many more folded on her shelf.

Fans could not believe that the 52-year-old had so many expensive sweaters in her collection as they are pricey.

‘She certainly is a sweater hoarder,’ said one follower as another noted that the items were ‘beautiful.’ One fan added: ‘I want every sweater.’

During the presentation, a comment about Gwyneth’s neighbor, Meghan Markle, was made by a follower, referencing the scrutiny Meghan faced for wearing a linen shirt in her garden. Another follower quickly defended Meghan’s presence in the conversation.

Also in Gwyneth’s closet were several purses from designers like Chanel, Gucci (one costs $4K) and Prada.

The ex-fiancée of Brad Pitt opened her white door closet to reveal several sweaters and coats on wood hangers.

In a fashion move, the actress donned a spacious burnt orange angora sweater over an ivory silk camisole, paired with high-waisted blue denim jeans, completing her ensemble.

The fashion designer said it was a great sweater to wear when going out for ‘an easy dinner.’

She added, ‘It’s a very chic color and it’s super comfortable,’ while grabbing at the expensive garment.

Next came a ruby red V-neck oversized sweater.

‘This is really fantastic,’ she enthused. ‘Oversized, comfortable, this is like a perfect around the house sweater.’

She then pulled out of her closet a pale brown button-down cardigan with gathering on the shoulders.

‘This is our [G Label] signature cardigan. Also an Oat. Beautiful silk and cashmere. I love it so much. It’s kind of halfway between a grandpa sweater and something very feminine.’

Then there was a black turtleneck called the Sloan Cashmere, which she said reminded her of a sweater she wore in the early 2000s when she was making movies like A Perfect Murder with Michael Douglas and Viggo Mortensen. 

Gwyneth described the pullover sweater.

‘So this one is based on an old favorite of mine from somewhere in the 2000s,’ she said as she pulled it over her head.

‘I love the wide body, the cashmere is amazing and it’s so soft,’ said the Iron Man actress as she spun her hips around.

She pulled a blue-and-white striped sweater with brown buttons on one shoulder off the shelf and put it on.

‘This is the girlfriend striped sweater with a little bit of the puff sleeve that makes it very classic GOOP,’ said the mother to Moses and Apple Martin.

In a flash she was in an off-white sweater with a wide turtleneck and long cuffed sleeves that she folded over.

Paltrow then switched to another subject: purses.

She pulled a brown Gucci purse with neon green straps on the handle which goes for about $4K off her purse shelf.

She called it a ‘cute little Gucci number.’

Then she was onto an overcoat called the ‘Diane,’ likely after Diane Keaton, which she called ‘classic’ and said it was made for many seasons.

‘That’s all you get, ta ta,’ she signed off while waving to the camera.

This comes after Paltrow paid tribute to her former husband Chris Martin, on his 48th birthday.

She called him ‘the man that gave me these beautiful, wonderful human beings’.

The actress and Goop founder shared a message on Instagram on Sunday to mark the Coldplay frontman’s birthday, posting two photos of him with their children, Apple, 20, and Moses, 18.

In the first image, Chris is seen sitting beside Apple, leaning his head on hers as she poses with her head resting in her hand.

The second picture shows him playing the piano with Moses, both focused on the keys in front of them. Paltrow captioned the post: ‘We (green heart emoji)you, Chris.’

Gwyneth and Chris met in 2002 backstage at a Coldplay concert and married the following year.

They were together for over a decade before announcing their split in 2014, describing it as a ‘conscious uncoupling’. Since their divorce, they have remained close friends and co-parents.

Speaking about their relationship in 2019, Gwyneth said: ‘Family structure can be reinvented, and divorce doesn’t have to be devastating. It doesn’t have to be the end of your relationship with somebody.’

She told the Evening Standard: ‘We were meant to be together and have our kids, but our relationship is much better like this: friends and co-parents and family.’

Chris has been in a relationship with actor Dakota Johnson since 2017, while Gwyneth married writer-producer Brad Falchuk in 2018.

The musician recently spoke about his daughter’s participation in Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris, an event attended by Paltrow, Moses, and Paltrow’s mother, Blythe Danner.

In an interview with Rolling Stone in December, Chris said: ‘It’s so not something I ever thought I’d do, but because I’m so in love with her, I’m like, ‘Okay.’

The Coldplay singer also joked about his relationship with his son, telling the magazine: ‘My favorite new thing to embarrass my son is, if we’re walking down the street and someone comes up to us and they say, ‘I’m sorry to disturb you while you’re with your son,’ I say, ‘That’s not my son. That’s my partner.’

Chris added: ‘Yeah. I like them a lot. I think they are mine, to be fair.’
