Johnson is among the esteemed artists, visionaries, and icons recognized this year, with an exclusive interview by Time’s 2023 Person of the Year, Taylor Swift.
Bieber, a former honoree from the 2023 list, graced the vibrant red carpet in a shimmering silver lace dress that accentuated her toned physique.
The form-fitting ensemble featured delicate straps and a subtle train that elegantly draped along the floor.

Bieber’s appearance at the event comes just days after she supported Justin at the final weekend of his Coachella takeover, which saw him earn a whopping $10 million as the festival’s headliner along with Sabrina Carpenter and Karol G.
Bieber was front row for both of her husband’s headlining sets, which included surprise appearances by Billie Eilish, SZA and Big Sean.
Justin was absent from Thursday’s TIME100 Gala, leaving Bieber to walk the event’s red carpet solo.
Johnson was among the first to arrive to the star-studded event in a low-cut light gray gown with a glamorous cape featuring vine-like jeweled embroidery on the collar.
The actress, 36, wore her signature fringe and the rest of her brunette hair was styled in effortless waves that fell down her back.
As for her makeup, Johnson, who is the daughter of Hollywood icons Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, wore brown smoky eyeshadow and a peach-toned lip.Â
