Immigration and Customs Enforcement shared a widely-viewed video of a protester in Portland being transported on a metal flatbed cart, set to the tune of Chamillionaire’s 2005 hit “Ridin.”

In the clip posted by ICE, the individual is seen lying face-down on the cart with hands cuffed behind their back, wearing a hoodie, while exhibiting signs of distress such as spitting and clenching their teeth. The post was accompanied by the caption, “Refuse to walk? We’ll give you a ride,” on the platform X, on Sunday.

The video has amassed 8.4 million views and over 113,000 likes, while simultaneously drawing criticism from some viewers who found the agency’s treatment of the detainee to be “repulsive.”

ICE did not respond to The Post’s request for comment for additional information on the arrest at the time of publication.

The video comes as President Trump on Sunday defied a federal order and deployed 300 California National Guard troops to Portland, Oregon, following anti-ICE protests in the city.

“After a federal court blocked his attempt to federalize the Oregon National Guard, Donald Trump is deploying 300 California National Guard personnel into Oregon,” California Gov. Gavin Newsom said in a post on X.

Last week, Trump demanded Secretary of War Pete Hegseth unleash “all necessary troops” to Portland and use “full force” to protect ICE from “domestic terrorists.”

Oregon immediately sued to block the deployment of troops.

US District Judge Karin Immergut, a Trump nominee, ruled Saturday that deploying active-duty troops to Portland would violate the US Constitution and defy federal law barring military involvement in domestic law enforcement.

She also argued that Trump’s order did not reflect the reality on the ground of the protests at the immigration processing facility in South Portland

“Overall, the protests were small and uneventful,” she wrote in her ruling.

“The President’s determination was simply untethered to the facts.”

Before the judge’s Saturday ruling, hundreds of protesters marched in protest to the South Macadam Avenue detention center — clashing with federal agents who fired tear gas, mace, and pepper spray at the crowds, according to local reports.
