In Huntley, Illinois, unsettling details have emerged in court regarding a case involving a northwest suburban couple and a disturbing video featuring a dog. The authorities have charged the individuals connected to this incident.
Back in July, Huntley police were alerted to a report involving a video that allegedly depicted a man engaging in improper sexual conduct with a dog. Following an investigation, police identified the people involved as Efin Nolte, aged 23, and his girlfriend, 27-year-old Katelyn Heiden.

According to the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office, Heiden is accused of recording Nolte while he engaged in this conduct with a dog at their residence located in the 9900-block of Yardley Drive.
The charges brought against Nolte include Sexual Conduct with an Animal, while Heiden faces charges of Aiding Sexual Conduct with an Animal, as stated by the state’s attorney’s office.
Initially, the Huntley police had reported that both individuals were charged with one count of Sexual Conduct with an Animal. The case continues to unfold as it progresses through the legal system.
The state’s attorney’s office said Sexual Conduct with an Animal is not a detainable offense, and the couple will be released from custody pending trial.
The couple’s next court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 12.
