The court documents detail an incident on February 24, 2024, during an NCAA men’s basketball match between Georgetown and DePaul at Chicago’s Wintrust Arena. It alleges that Terry, Nelson, Etienne, and another individual deliberately underperformed in the first half, leading to a 41-28 score in favor of Georgetown, thus surpassing the 2.5-point spread. This manipulation reportedly allowed the conspirators to profit from their bets.

The indictment further notes that games against Butler and St. John were also targeted in this point-shaving operation.

The indictment also includes former All-American Antonio Blakeney, who once played for the Chicago Bulls.
