In Hollywood, the latest trend in body modifications is making waves far from the usual facial enhancements. The focus now is on a more intimate area, setting a new frontier in cosmetic procedures.

Marcela Iglesias, known as the “human Barbie,” is gearing up for her next bold cosmetic venture: a designer vagina makeover. This procedure will utilize donor-derived tissue, more commonly referred to as cadaver fat, to achieve the desired effect.

The Argentinian reality TV star shared her plans with The California Post, revealing that she will undergo this innovative transformation in Beverly Hills this summer. Her chosen surgeon for this delicate operation is Dr. Ariel Ourian, a notable name in the field of plastic surgery.

Based in Calabasas, Iglesias is no stranger to breaking new ground in the world of cosmetic enhancements. Just last year, she made headlines by undergoing a novel anti-aging procedure that involved a blood transfusion using her son’s blood.

For this upcoming transformation, Iglesias is set to rejuvenate her most private area by combining several procedures: a labiaplasty, a reduction of the clitoral hood, and the distinctive fat transfer technique. This ambitious makeover aims to turn back the clock on her intimate appearance.

“The same way we lose volume on the face with the years, we lose volume down there on the lips,” Iglesias told The Post. “I wanted it to look a little more plump and youthful. This is basically a facelift for the vagina.”

While a traditional labiaplasty reshapes the area, Iglesias’s procedure is uniquely unusual because it involves injecting tissue harvested from deceased donors.

The cosmetic upgrade quickly turned into a functional enhancement during her consultation at Dr. Ourian’s Bedford Drive clinic, when he suggested adding a clitoral hood reduction to the ticket.

“I asked, ‘Why do I need that?’ and he told me, ‘Well, more sensation,’” Iglesias recalled with a laugh. “I’m like, ‘Really? Wow, let’s go!’ It’s not a need, it’s a want. A lot of women don’t even put a mirror down there to see how their parts look. Why not build the best version of yourself?”

The procedure is expected to take place in early July and could cost between $25,000 and $30,000, according to Iglesias.

She hopes to avoid general anesthesia and instead undergo the procedure with local anesthesia. Recovery is expected to take roughly two weeks.

Iglesias moved to Los Angeles from Buenos Aires 26 years ago because she thought “everyone looked like the Baywatch people.” She waited until her son turned 21 before undergoing her first major surgery in 2022 with Dr. Ourian, which was a Baywatch-inspired breast augmentation to achieve a classic “Pamela Anderson look.”

Over the years, she has made headlines for a string of unconventional treatments, including a so-called “spider butt lift” using PDO threads, leech therapy, stem cell infusions and even drinking live insects as part of an alternative wellness regimen.

Despite her reputation, Iglesias does not embrace extreme cosmetic procedures.

“For me, extreme is removing ribs or changing your bone structure,” she said. “That’s not something I would do. I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly.”

“We have the chance to look good, feel better about ourselves, and maintain our appearance,” Iglesias said. “So, why not?”
