Kendall Jenner offered fans a peek into her $23 million Montecito ranch on Instagram, showcasing her understated holiday decorations on Monday. The 30-year-old model, who was recently spotted with luxury fragrance entrepreneur Ben Gorham, shared how she’s embracing the festive spirit at her secluded property, which she discreetly acquired in February.

Unlike her family members known for their extravagant holiday displays, Kendall opts for simplicity. This contrasts sharply with her sister Kim Kardashian, who last week unveiled Christmas trees worth $10,000 inside her $60 million Hidden Hills estate.

One photo revealed a modestly adorned green tree in the corner of a living room, embellished with white lights and a sprinkling of ornaments.

The cozy room also featured a fireplace mantel adorned with a lit green garland, adding a touch of festive warmth.

A green garland with lights was also placed on the mantle of her fireplace in the same room. 

Jenner has been busy wrapping presents, which were also placed underneath tree, choosing a light brown paper as well as red string. A green leaf – possibly from a Christmas tree – was also placed on top.

She then placed a green wreath on one of the doors of the residence, which had three pinecones and was topped with a brown bow. 

The naked Christmas tree trend has been picked up by some homes this year which sees little to no ornaments being placed on trees.   

Another snap in her latest post was taken outside of her sprawling ranch at dusk to offer an additional look at the Spanish-style abode. 

Jenner – who is a passionate equestrian – also showed horses grazing through a small open pasture on the property. 

The next slide showed a brown crocodile-embossed purse placed on a leather seat of a car. 

The runway model additionally snapped a picture of a vintage blue car parked next to a large building.

‘Usually, they’re kind of these blowouts for the last, like, since I was born. But we’re doing a smaller one again this year, and I’m really happy about it. And so it’ll be cozy vibes.’
