Now, an insider has exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com the truth behind Seacrest’s latest photos…and how he really feels about them.  

Seacrest, 50, shared a nine-slide carousel documenting his ‘life lately,’ including a picture of the American Idol presenter looking slim in a button-up shirt and matching pants, but his stylish ensemble looked a bit baggy. 

Commenters quickly aired their concerns, with one saying he looked ‘frail’ and another telling him ‘you’re getting too skinny.’

‘Please tell me you’re not on the skinny drugs too,’ one commenter wrote anxiously. However, plenty of his fans rushed to his defense, with some saying it was ‘rude’ to discuss his weight, urging others to ‘be positive and encouraging.’

He’s also combined Pilates and yoga for the first time, which is what created the ‘visible change.’ 

‘He’s also been enjoying vacation time this summer and eating lots of pasta,’ the source made sure to add. 

The Wheel of Fortune host has even been documenting his pasta excursions on Instagram. 

On Tuesday, he posted another carousel and wrote: ‘Little time off for a pasta making lesson with my pal @brunellocucinelli; featuring a pot that’s a monument to carbs.’ 

The comments were much more encouraging, as fans praised the pictures and said the meal looked incredible, adding that it was brave he was cooking in a full suit.

Seacrest has enjoyed a busy summer abroad. 

Before he was linked to Order, he previously admitted to feeling ‘depressed’ about being single nearly one year after he broke up with his longtime girlfriend, model Aubrey Paige.

Now, he’s moved on and is enjoying a European summer, despite the negative commentary. 

In June, he was spotted in Rome on a romantic stroll with his new girlfriend, who previously worked as an intern at E! News.
