A tumultuous altercation erupted in a Domino’s Pizza in Glassboro, New Jersey, over the weekend, resulting in two men allegedly attacking a police officer, authorities reported.
The Glassboro Police Department stated that officers received a call about a significant disturbance at the pizzeria shortly before 3 a.m. on Saturday. As law enforcement attempted to detain individuals involved in the brawl, two suspects allegedly threw a chair, striking an officer in the back of the head. The suspects were described as “extremely hysterical” as they fled the scene, police noted.
Surveillance video captured inside the Domino’s depicted a scene of chaos, with patrons donning Halloween costumes, some climbing onto tables and chairs, while others filmed the unfolding disorder on their phones. Notably, two men were observed picking up a red chair and tossing it out of view, as onlookers documented the mayhem before dispersing.
The incident, which took place just after midnight on November 1, 2025, highlights the heightened tensions that arose during the late-night hours at the Glassboro location.
“At approximately 2:44 a.m. this morning, officers responded to Domino’s Pizza due to a large fight that broke out inside the establishment,” the Glassboro Police Department confirmed in a statement.

“While officers were making multiple arrests two males, seen in this attached video (black male wearing gray jacket and black male wearing light blue sweatshirt) picked up a chair and threw it at our officers, striking one of them in the back of the head. Not only was this intentional, they found it extremely hysterical while they ran from the scene. We need your help in identifying them.”

Authorities have released still images of the suspects and are urging anyone with information about their identities to contact the Glassboro police by texting “GLASSPD” to their anonymous tip line 847411, calling 856-881-1500 or emailing Detective Aitken at saitken@glassboropd.org.
