Dating all the way back to the IRS targeting scandal of the Obama era, we’ve seen federal agencies used to go after conservatives and conservative groups that did not comply with the ideology of the powers that be. However, with the Biden administration, we’ve watched the Department of Justice become weaponized against U.S. citizens.
It’s not just conservatives. It’s any parent who questioned school board members about masks and curricula. It’s Catholics who believe in the sanctity of life. Ordinary citizens are having their personal beliefs attacked by the federal government itself.
It is, as Congressman Mike Johnson says, “out of control.”
Johnson represents Louisiana’s 4th Congressional District. He also serves on the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, which held its first hearing last week. The Congressman joined me on my radio show to talk about this and other issues facing Congressional Republicans.
