Hold on to your sun hats, there’s a new girl gang ‘power squad’ in town.

Pictures obtained exclusively by the Daily Mail show Ivanka Trump at 43, looking fit and tan, sharing laughs with supermodels Gisele Bündchen and Karlie Kloss. This rare sighting captures the trio’s bond as they enjoyed time together on a Costa Rican beach with their families on Easter Sunday.

The images portray a close relationship between the three, although they have never been seen together before. It seems like they have formed a tight friendship as they strolled and had fun under the sun.

Kloss, who is 32 and married to Josh Kushner, Jared Kushner’s brother and Ivanka’s husband, was previously rumored to have a strained connection with her sister-in-law. This was speculated to be linked to Kloss’s strong aversion towards Donald Trump.

But in recent months, the sisterly pair has been seen happily socializing – and the thaw has apparently softened Kloss’s long-time friend Bündchen, 44, who has also been outspoken about her politics.

Now sources tell the Daily Mail that much to the shock of those close to them, the three women have overcome their differences to forge a strong bond. 

‘The three of them have formed a girl squad and it surprised quite a few people,’ a source close to Ivanka told the Daily Mail. ‘Both Karlie and Gisele – who have been friends for years – have revealed that they are not Trump supporters.’

‘Karlie has been very vocal about her political beliefs. Gisele revealed to her fans on social media that she does not support Trump,’ they added.

The three women have never been pictured all together before, but these new photos seem to reveal a close friendship, as they walked and played on the beach with their families in Costa Rica on Easter Sunday.

Kloss, 32, is married to Josh Kushner, brother of Jared Kushner , Ivanka’s husband, was once thought to have a frosty relationship with her sister-in-law – driven in part by Kloss’s deeply-held dislike for Donald Trump .

In recent months, the sisterly pair has been seen happily socializing – and the thaw has apparently softened Kloss’s long-time friend Bündchen, 44, who has also been outspoken about her politics.

Now sources tell the Daily Mail that much to the shock of those close to them, the three women have overcome their differences to forge a strong bond.

In 2020, Kloss told Bravo host Andy Cohen, ‘I voted as a Democrat in 2016 and I plan to do the same in 2020’, meanwhile Bündchen once replied to a fan’s comment on Instagram asking if she was supporting Trump in 2016 with a simple but firm ‘NO!’

All that now seems long forgotten, as Ivanka, in a blue bikini and white floral wrap skirt, strolled and chatted with Bündchen, before they were joined by Kloss. Their young children played in the background.

Indeed, this new girl gang was a long time coming, given how much the three women have in common and how long they have known each other.

‘Both Karlie and Gisele are with IMG Models and have the same manager,’ source close to Kloss said. ‘Gisele has long been a huge inspiration to Karlie, who idolizes her, having followed in her footsteps for years in expanding her brand beyond just the modelling industry.’

As for Ivanka and Bündchen, they lived nearby for years and now both attend the same Jiu Jitsu school in Miami, Valente Brothers Self-Defence, run by Joaquim Valente, 37, who is Gisele’s boyfriend and the father of their one-year-old child, River.

‘Gisele and Ivanka have known each other for years, back when Tom Brady used to play golf with Donald Trump. They’re neighbours and both live in Miami’s Indian Creek Island,’ a source close to Kloss told the Daily Mail, referring to the ultra-exclusive Miami village known as ‘Billionaire Bunker’.

‘Gisele and Tom lived together in that neighbourhood for years. Then when they divorced, she bought a smaller place in the same area.

‘Now of course Ivanka is a student at Valente Brothers self-defence in Miami,’ they added.

‘The three of them have formed a girl squad and it surprised quite a few people,’ a source close to Ivanka told the Daily Mail. ‘Both Karlie and Gisele – who have been friends for years – have revealed that they are not Trump supporters.’

Kloss is reportedly thrilled with the new gang, after her friendship with her former best friend Taylor Swift mysteriously soured in 2017.

‘Karlie is keen to collaborate with Gisele and Ivanka on philanthropic endeavors – she would love the idea of them forming a new ‘power squad’ as she hugely looks up to Gisele,’ they said.

‘Karlie was once a big part of Taylor Swift’s famous friendship group and has really missed that camaraderie,’ they added.

From 2016 to 2020 Ivanka was a senior adviser during her father’s first term, giving up her life as a socialite and fashion designer, and moving her young family from New York City to Washington DC. But when Trump announced he was running again in 2022, Ivanka took a step back.

‘I love my father very much,’ she said in a statement at the time, ‘I am choosing to prioritize my children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics.’

She made her stance even clearer in a recent podcast interview, saying: ‘I hate politics. It’s very dark, negative. And some people love like the gladiator aspect of it: the fight. That was never me.’

Many speculated that Ivanka disliked how her prominent political persona had impacted her previously booming social life, as several of her celebrity friends – including Kloss – distanced themselves from her.

In a 2019 interview with Vogue, Kloss acknowledged there was a rift between them, saying it was ‘hard’ having Ivanka as sister-in-law.

‘Karlie and Ivanka did not see eye to eye for some time when Ivanka was working for her father’s administration,’ a source close to Ivanka told the Daily Mail on Wednesday.

If these new photos are anything to go by, those concerns are in the distant past.
