Ivanka Trump was a vision of style for an outing with family in Miami on Saturday night.

The First Daughter, 43, opted for a white mini dress that clung to her statuesque figure and a trusty pair of kitten heels she has worn previously.

The ruched dress featured a dainty keyhole on the side of her torso and was additionally paired with a boxy, silver clutch with a marble shine.

The 5ft11in heiress kept her hairstyle simple and sleek along with a radiant coat of makeup.

She headed towards Papi Steak restaurant with her son Joseph, 10, trailing close behind.

The duo recently went fishing together, and Ivanka shared snaps from their adventure to her Instagram.

Not present during the outing was her husband Jared Kushner, 44, with whom she has three children – Joseph, 13-year-old daughter Arabella, and eight-year-old son Theodore.

Ivanka, who is the eldest daughter of President Donald Trump, has been married to Jared since 2009.

Ivanka delved into her health and beauty routines in January, highlighting the impact of combining weight lifting and a high-protein diet on her appearance.

‘Since moving to Miami, prioritizing exercise has been a significant change for me,’ she shared on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her podcast.

‘Initially, that took the form of yoga and Pilates, these things that I had done at various points of my life, but now I had the ability, because I was on my own schedule, to make them more consistent and a more regular part of my life,’ Ivanka said.

‘Gradually, I started doing more resistance and weight training, and that’s when I saw a massive difference,’ she continued.

‘My whole body changed. But that’s when I really noticed a massive change for me, and my body composition fundamentally changed. I got stronger, I got leaner, and I could kind of get away with it because I’m really tall, so I can look lean even if I wasn’t strong,’ Ivanka said.

However, she admitted that while yoga and Pilates are definitely activities that she enjoys more than resistance training, she has noticed that they’re not as effective for her body.

‘Yoga and Pilates, while I enjoy them a lot more, to be honest, than resistance training, I was not able to develop muscle through them. I really needed this… it’s been life-changing,’ she admitted.

She said what really works for her are the simple exercises, like ‘pushes,’ ‘pulls’ and ‘deadlifts.’

‘I don’t really enjoy doing it, I enjoy going for walks, I enjoy playing sports, I really enjoy Pilates and yoga, but I have seen such a transformation in terms of my health,’ Ivanka said.

‘But I can’t mention that without saying the protein element, because it’s that pairing of protein and resistance training and weight lifting… for a while I was doing weight lifting and I still was not consuming nearly enough protein, and I was not seeing the change,’ the former Presidential advisor continued.

‘It’s when I married those two things that I started noticing a difference.’

In addition, Ivanka and her whole family enjoy the practice of jiu-jitsu, a type of self-defense marital arts.

In fact, it was her daughter, Arabella, who wanted to take the class – so Ivanka signed her up to work with The Valente brothers, which includes Joaquim Valente, who is Gisele Bündchen’s boyfriend.

‘It is good for everyone,’ she said.

When it comes to food, every morning, Ivanka will make a shake that’s full of protein, banana, cacao, and creatine – a compound that helps to aid your muscles.

She joked that she was a ‘morning alchemist.’
