Authorities charged an NAS Jacksonville sailor and three others for murder in a double homicide investigation in Gadsden County.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An NAS Jacksonville sailor was one of four suspects arrested and charged in a double murder investigation by the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office in March, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) said in a statement Wednesday.

The investigation began on Nov. 29, 2024 when Gadsden County deputies responded to a double murder crime scene on Post Plant Road in Quincy, Florida. The sheriff’s office said the two individuals killed were Kenwan Kilgore and Bre’Shawn Malone.

Investigators eventually identified four murder suspects and received arrest warrants for each.

Authorities said 19-year-old Ta’Najee Dickey, pictured below, was arrested by FDLE officials March 11 at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. He is charged with first-degree murder.

According to a spokesperson with NAS Jacksonville, Dickey was in the Navy at the time, assigned to Patrol Squadron Eight at the air station.

Lakevyon Kinder, 19, and Ji’Michael Lawson, 19 (pictured below), were arrested in Tallahassee on April 9 by U.S. Marshals. Both Kinder and Lawson are charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

Khaidyn Foreman, 18, was arrested by FDLE on April 9 in Havana. He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder. There was no mugshot available for Foreman.
