JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Two arrests have been made in a murder of a man found shot and killed inside of a car on Jacksonville’s Westside in 2023, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) announced in a Facebook post Monday.

JSO said officers arrested Breanna Harris, 34, and Dontarius Fiffer, 30, for the murder of 34-year-old Antonio Waldon on Friday.

Waldon was found shot to death inside of a four-door sedan on West 6th Street on June 19, 2023. When officers arrived at the scene, the car Waldon was found in was spotted in the middle of the road, JSO’s post states. According to police, he died at the scene.

Harris and Fiffer remain at the Duval County Jail Monday; they both are facing second-degree murder and attempted armed robbery charges in connection to Waldon’s murder.

“We won’t stop until justice is served for Waldon’s family,” JSO said in its post.
