Jenna Bush Hager admitted to making a major mistake one of the first times she took her kids to Disney.
During an episode of Today With Jenna & Friends, Bush Hager and Grammy-winning artist Ciara connected over their mutual love for amusement parks. The duo shared a humorous bonding moment when Bush Hager divulged that she had taken her four-year-old daughter on the Tower of Terror attraction.
Bush Hager amusingly recalled the incident to Ciara, explaining how she had spontaneously decided to experience the Tower of Terror with her daughters, Mila and Poppy. Admitting to her impulsive choice, Bush Hager revealed that she had simply searched for the best rides at Disney World without considering the intensity of the attractions, leading them straight to the Tower of Terror.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is an elevator-themed ride that drops passengers from almost 13 stories up.
As the scenario unfolded, Bush Hager narrated how they boarded the Tower of Terror ride, only realizing the gravity of their decision when fellow riders in front of them warned about its terrifying reputation as the scariest attraction at Disney World.
“I look over at little Poppy and she was like— she turned completely white,” Bush Hager said.
Ciara laughed as Bush Hager announced in disbelief, “I took my four year old on the Tower of Terror!”
“But, listen, that queen ain’t scared of anything,” she then added.
Ciara could not believe Bush Hager’s story. “Oh my gosh,” she repeated several times as Bush Hager recounted the hilarious experience. “Well, listen, she was built for anything else after that.”
