Jennifer Aniston puts finishing touches on $15M Montecito mansion

The star-studded enclave of Montecito is soon set to welcome another A-list resident: Jennifer Aniston.

The “Friends” alum, 56, forked out $14.8 million for Oprah Winfrey’s old residence in the tony California town back in September 2022.

Since then, the actress has been actively enhancing the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence by adding luxurious new features such as an in-ground swimming pool.

Recent aerial pictures indicate that the remodeling is almost complete, leading to assumptions that Aniston might be planning to make the Montecito property her primary residence.

Since 2012, Aniston’s primary address has been her swanky $21 million home in Los Angeles — but she wouldn’t be the first A-lister to leave L.A.

In a trend seen among various celebrities, Gwyneth Paltrow sold her property in Tinseltown last year to relocate to Montecito, joining the ranks of stars like Cameron Diaz and Adam Levine.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have called Montecito home since 2020.

Paltrow has been paling around with the Duchess of Sussex in Montecito. The fast friends — who purportedly had not met until earlier this month — were seen sitting in the “Sliding Doors” star’s kitchen in a social media video posted last week.

Aniston and Paltrow are known to be close, so it’s possible that the “Just Go With It” actress may soon become close to Markle, too.

Interior shots of Aniston’s new home haven’t been made public.

Per a 2022 report, the Mediterranean-style abode spans 4,320 square feet and features ocean views.

And while Winfrey offloaded the property to Aniston, she still has a home in the area.

The former talk show host owns a 20,000-square-foot mansion in the area that is set on 66 acres of lush land.
