Jessica Alba has officially ended her marriage to Cash Warren, concluding a divorce process that began a year ago. The couple, who had been together for nearly 20 years, have reached an amicable settlement.
Despite eloping in 2008 without a prenuptial agreement, the pair have agreed that neither will pay alimony to the other. This decision underscores their mutual desire for an equitable separation.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Alba and Warren will maintain joint custody of their three children: Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, who is eight years old. This arrangement highlights their commitment to co-parenting.
As part of the asset division, Warren, aged 46, is set to receive a $3 million payout. This sum is linked to the shared ownership of a $10 million mansion in Beverly Hills, which they purchased in 2017.
The payment will be distributed in two equal, non-taxable installments of $1.5 million. The first is due immediately, with the second installment scheduled for the following year.
When Alba, 44, filed for divorce last February, she had asked to have her maiden name legally restored, a task that has now been completed.
The Daily Mail has contacted Alba’s representative for comment.

Alba’s counsel was the top-flight Hollywood divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, whose celebrity clientele has included Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner, Angelina Jolie, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez and Johnny Depp.
Meanwhile Warren, a former movie producer whose father is Hill Street Blues star Michael Warren, was represented by Adam Lipsic.
Alba filed for divorce last February on grounds of irreconcilable differences, with her and Warren both giving the date of separation as December 27, 2024.
At the time, sources said that their divorce was ‘extremely amicable,’ notwithstanding of the vast amount of money involved and the lack of a prenuptial agreement, per TMZ.
Along with her acting career, Alba is the co-founder of the beauty and baby products brand The Honest Company, which has a current market cap of $238.11 million and in which she holds a 6% stake despite having stepped down as chief creative officer.
Warren has launched a successful business venture of his own, a socks and underwear line called Pair of Thieves, which at the time of the divorce filing was reported to be worth about $100 million.
Alba announced their separation in January 2025, writing on Instagram that she had ‘been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash.’
They filed for divorce the following month, and the pair of them have since embarked on highly-publicized rebound romances with younger paramours.

Warren fell into the arms of model Hana Sun Doerr, 25, while Alba took up with actor Danny Ramirez, 33, of Top Gun: Maverick and Captain America: Brave New World.
‘The age difference [with their younger partners] is not a big deal,’ a source said after news of their new relationships went public, via Us Weekly.
‘They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They are cool with each other dating. They’re happy for each other. There’s no negativity or bad feelings.’
The estranged spouses were spotted this past autumn having what appeared to be a chilly reunion as they attended one of Haven’s tennis matches.
‘Jessica did not acknowledge Cash when he arrived and ignored him the entire match,’ an eyewitness exclusively informed the Daily Mail.
‘They were seated with several people in between them and did not speak until the end, when Cash came up and asked Jessica to take a walk with him into the park.’
Alba and Warren first met on the set of the flop 2004 movie Fantastic Four, where she was one of the leads and he served as assistant director.

Warren has confessed that he briefly split from Alba ‘four years into’ their romance because he began ‘turning into an a**hole’ from jealousy.
He shared that when they ‘first started dating’ he ‘was really jealous of other guys and the attention that she was getting from other guys,’ on an episode of the podcast Whine Down with Jana Kramer recorded in 2023.
‘It just wasn’t making me feel good,’ he said. ‘I was always a pretty confident person…and next thing you know, I’m looking up and just feeling jealous all the time.’
During their time apart, he decided that ‘if we ever got back together, I made a promise to myself to channel that in a different way, into a more productive way.’
In 2021, Alba offered a telling reflection on the state of her marriage, saying: ‘It’s all rosy for two and a half years, but then after that you become roommates.’
She noted that after 17 years together, they had ‘the friendship, the comfort of: “You’re not going anywhere,” and so sometimes we don’t treat those people the best, right?’ on Katherine Schwarzenegger’s podcast Before, During and After Baby.
‘You don’t consider their feelings in the way that you would consider other people’s feelings. So that is something that I think is a constant, it’s a constant one to work on, because you’re at different places, right?’ she added.
‘One night a week, date night might be enough at some point of your life, but it might not be enough in a month. You might need something else.’
