Jessie James Decker has maintained a striking figure despite welcoming four children with her husband, Eric Decker.
The 38-year-old country singer told the Daily Mail on Friday that fresh vegetables have played an important role in helping her lose weight and maintain the results.
A longtime fan of salads, the Kittenish founder often prepares them in the chef’s kitchen at her Nashville home.
For convenience, the former Dancing With The Stars contestant frequently turns to Fresh Express salad kits. Her preferred varieties include Asian Apple and Caesar Supreme.
Decker has spoken candidly about her postpartum weight-loss journey since the February 2024 birth of her fourth child, Denver. She said she gained 30 pounds during the pregnancy and worked to lose it after her son arrived.

The singer appeared in a green minidress and taupe sandals at the IFPA produce trade show in Orlando, Florida, where she met fans at the Fresh Express booth.
During the appearance, she discussed her partnership with Fresh Express and presented recipes featuring some of her favorite salad kits.
“The pressure we put on ourselves is not realistic,” Decker said in 2024. “So this is a reminder to myself and to you.”
In a Q&A with her Instagram followers, the mother of four was asked what weight she is aiming to reach.
“I always gain a lot during pregnancies and I hold on to it until I’m done breastfeeding,” she said. “It’s just what my body does and I’ve accepted it! I have started back working out, getting stronger and toning until I can drop the baby weight!”
Decker also encouraged fellow new mothers “to be kind to yourself” and “give yourself grace,” emphasizing that women are recovering after carrying and giving birth to a baby over nine months.
“And if you’re breastfeeding like me and your body needs to hold on to as much weight as possible to keep making milk, then let it,” she continued. “Focus on that sweet new baby because that’s what it’s all about. Plenty of time to ‘get back’ when it’s time. But for now, give yourself grace… you’re doing great and you’ve got this, girl!”
Decker, a platinum-selling singer-songwriter, television personality and bestselling author, launched her Kittenish fashion brand in 2014.
Decker attended the IFPA produce trade show in Orlando, Florida, for a meet-and-greet at the Fresh Express booth, where she discussed the partnership and shared recipes made with her favorite salad kits.

In August, Decker revealed that she planned to undergo another cosmetic procedure to reduce the size of her previous breast augmentation.
The singer said in an Instagram post on Friday that she had scheduled surgery “to take out my VERY large breast implants.”

She shared a video of herself exercising with a yoga ball and penned a lengthy caption explaining her decision to go smaller.
She expressed her excitement about ‘finally setting things into motion’ after having ‘been talking about this for probably six months’ already.
Her candid post comes shortly after she revealed the stunning results of her fitness journey and shared before-and-after weight loss photos after giving birth to four children in 10 years.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Decker’s representatives for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Decker said she ‘would love to explant altogether’ but said that she would, instead, be getting smaller implants as a replacement.
‘I know myself, and realistically I’m not sure I’m totally ready for that yet. I’ve had such large ones for so long I don’t know what I have underneath it all,’ she continued.

She said that because of her fitness journey and her ‘strong girl era,’ she wanted to change her D-cup bra size too.
‘I don’t want anything holding me back,’ she added. ‘This strong girl era has really helped me feel more connected to my body and what feels right for me.’
She admitted: ‘I just don’t feel like these big implants fit who I am anymore.’
Decker also explained that giving birth to her youngest child Denver in 2024 also ‘kick-started this whole “less is more” chapter for me.’

‘Maybe it’s getting closer to 40, but I’ve reached this place where I want to feel the most like myself,’ she continued.
‘Having a daughter has made me think about it even more. I never want her to feel like she has to do all this upkeep to feel beautiful.
