It appears Jodie Turner-Smith has turned to marijuana to soothe her anxiety in the wake of her divorce from Joshua Jackson. 

Exclusive DailyMail.com photos show the British actress, 37, smoking what looks like a joint this week while heading to Pilates class in Los Angeles. 

Her outing was also the first time she’s been pictured without her wedding ring since filing for divorce from Jackson, 45, earlier this month. 

It’s no surprise that she’s seen smoking, after admitting in 2020 that she ‘used to smoke a lot of weed, everyday.’

‘Some people use it to focus,’ Turner-Smith said. ‘But for me, it was good for anxiety.’

Just days earlier, her Dawson’s Creek actor ex appeared forlorn as he was spotted picking up moving supplies.

Meanwhile, Turner-Smith was seen at a farmer’s market, going shopping and stopping by friend Dakota Johnson’s birthday party.

Turner-Smith’s divorce filing came as a shock to fans, as the couple appeared to have an unbreakable bond throughout their four years of marriage.

They began dating in 2018 — two years after Jackson split from actress Diane Kruger — and they tied the knot in August 2019.

Jackson and Turner-Smith welcomed Juno, their only child, in April 2020.

Celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser is representing Turner-Smith in the divorce, with the actress seeking joint custody of their three-year-old daughter.

The date of separation is listed as September 13, one day after the pair attended a New York Fashion Week event together.

The actress is not requesting spousal support and the pair did not have a prenup in place.

In the aftermath of the divorce filing an insider told DailyMail.com, ‘Joshua is heartbroken over the impending divorce. He always thought that he would be married and grow old with his family, and everything would be happily ever after.’

‘He had the dream scenario in his mind, and Jodie was his person and the person he thought he would be with forever,’ a source previously told TMZ.

It was also noted that Jackson’s primary concern is his young child, as the Canadian actor is now anticipating a life of co-parenting.

‘He never wanted this for their daughter,’ the insider continued. ‘They both are great parents and will continue to be. He just hates that they won’t be together as a couple for their daughter anymore. They will always be connected through her.’

The source close to the situation claimed that Jackson would love to reunite with his estranged wife, explaining: ‘He would have loved nothing more than to still be with Jodie and in a perfect world would probably even take her back if she were to stop the divorce, but now that they have got to this place, he is going to have to accept it.’

‘Joshua isn’t thrilled about it, but as we all know, life doesn’t always work out the way you’d like it to work out.’

Joshua gushed about Jodie to E! News in September 2022.

‘She is undeniably one of the most beautiful women on the planet,’ he said. ‘And she always smashes it when she’s on the red carpet. That is truly a wonder to behold.’

He added, ‘But I will tell you, that there is nothing like waking up in the morning, opening my eyes and seeing her face in the morning.’

The actress previously revealed their romance started as a one-night stand. ‘When I first met my husband, we had a one-night stand,’ she shared on Late Night With Seth Meyers. ‘We’re in a two, three-year one-night stand now,’ she joked.
