Fans were surprised when Justin Bieber made an appearance on Instagram with a large glass bong for marijuana, just days after sharing concerning thoughts about his well-being.

The 31-year-old singer posted pictures from a recent music recording session in Iceland on Wednesday, with one image showing him happily posing with the drug-related item in his possession.

Along with the massive bong, Bieber further boasted about his drug use by also wielding what looked like a weed or vape pen in his left hand.

Another photo from the same Instagram post depicted Bieber shirtless, holding a lit marijuana joint, surrounded by recording gear and his entourage.

A third photo captured Bieber exhaling smoke as he relaxed outdoors without his wife Hailey Bieber, who was spotted out in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

The Rhode founder, 28 — who shares infant son Jack with Bieber —  appeared to be leaning on close pal Kendall Jenner as they dined at celeb hotspot Sushi Park.

Days prior to their hangout, Justin published a ‘vile’ Mother’s Day outburst that saw him express deep disdain for the holiday — despite it being Hailey’s first as a mom.

On Sunday, he wrote a note on Instagram which read: ‘Love u moms but mothers day sucks a**.’ 

The post, which is no longer visible on his profile, was swiftly criticized, with users speculating that the cruel post was aimed at his wife Hailey.

He later penned a post on his Instagram Story, featuring a photo of herself and their infant son, that was simply captioned: ‘Happy Mother’s Day!’

He also treated Hailey to a surprise mariachi band performance in the backyard of their Beverly Hills home, as per photos and videos shared by the couple to Instagram.

While all seemed well between the two, Hailey further fueled concern for her husband and their marriage on Tuesday by uploading a cryptic note to her Instagram Story.

She posted a photo of a page from an old notebook of hers that had ‘Cry me a river, build me a bridge and get over it’ scrawled on it in large, messy lettering.

Adding to the aggressive sentiment, Hailey captioned the IG Story post: ‘relevant!’

Her post came just hours after Justin confused fans by post a series of bizarre, filtered video clips, which have since been deleted, after publicly pleading with Hailey to let him launch a drug-themed product.

The since-deleted videos saw the star rant about a variety of topics such as God, fishing and loyalty.

In one clip, Bieber spoke a bout God have ‘a plan’ and how God ‘works all things together.’

He also stated that he is willing to ‘sacrifice the bones in his body’ before talking about both honor and integrity.

‘Now, those two truths – they lead me with this. They lead me with purpose, and they lead me with the desire to please…’

Hours before the now-deleted videos, Justin unveiled an outrageous phone case that he has designed for his new fashion brand SKYLRK – but jokingly shared that he needs his wife Hailey’s approval first.

He also jumped to his Instagram page to give his fans a glimpse at a marijuana joint-holding phone case.

However, the design is patented by Hailey – who first dropped the special case for her skincare company Rhode last year in February.

The case has a slim pocket on the back to hold her Peptide Lip Treatment, but Justin created his own version to specifically carry joints in the back.

In the caption of the post, the singer penned: ‘@haileybieber as we know innovated something that has now become a staple in culture with her @rhode peptide lip phone case.’

He explained, ‘Turns out she has this tech pattened so if I want to make this case I’ll have to pay her a fee. If she even approves me to make this lmfao.’

Hailey jumped to the comment section to offer her response and simply typed out, ‘I’ll think about it!’

A separate carousel of snaps showed a different version of his design in the color white and he once again begged his wife give him the okay to proceed with the phone case.

‘Workin on the moldingggggggggggggg please approve this idea @haileybieber lmfao,’ Justin wrote.

He then uploaded a picture of the SKYLRK phone case without the tiny slot on the back.

The star penned, ‘First sample of a case option without the joint or blunt holder incase Hailey doesn’t approve it.’

Bieber’s seemingly erratic behavior has been highly talked about in recent months, with fans voicing concern for the star’s wellbeing.

And on Friday, he took to his Instagram to share several lengthy posts in which he admitted to ‘asking God to help’ him amid difficult times.

The posts came just two days before his former mentor Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ ongoing criminal trial began on Monday, May 12.

In one post, which the singer shared on both his Instagram Story and his grid, he admitted to being ‘just an average flawed guy.’

He also confessed to his 294 million followers that he ‘continues to do and say things that hurt others unintentionally.’

In another message, he opened up about his insecurities and confessed to being worried of being ‘exposed.’

He also opened up about being ‘used in the way I have.’

‘I’m just an average flawed guy,’ he wrote in his first, lengthy post. ‘I’ve done things that have hurt others.

He continued: ‘I continue to do and say things that hurt others unintentionally.

‘Yet I woke up this morning with another opportunity to grow and not be so selfish today.’

Musing about how love has positively affected his life, he wrote: ‘LOVE DRAWS US IN. LOVE DOESNT CONDEMN. LOVE BELIEVES THE BEST.

‘LOVE HOPES ALL THINGS. AND ENDURES ALL THINGS. IT DOESNT KEEP RECORD OF WRONG. LOVE HELPS U TO FORGIVE AND LOVE EVEN YOUR ENEMIES.’

In his second post, he admitted that he fears being ‘exposed’ for being ‘selfish.’

‘I sometimes think im gonna get exposed if I tell people how selfish I am,’ he wrote.

‘Like if I admitted that, maybe people wouldn’t like me or trust me,’ the Grammy winner continued.

‘I thought if I was honest about the selfish things I was feeling that I was gonna be disqualified from the dreams I had of being included,’ he admitted.

‘But the more honest I am about where I really am, the more freedom I actually have,’ he wrote.

He also reposted another lengthy entry he wrote in one of his photo captions on his Instagram Story, in which he said he ‘can’t control how [he’s] gonna feel.’

‘The truth is I wake up every morning. Some days I’m optimistic. Sometimes I wake up pessimistic,’ he wrote.

‘I can’t control how I’m gonna feel,’ he added. ‘I would find myself even subconsciously blaming god for the bad feeling I woke up with rather than communicate with him and ask him to help me have a change of perspective.’

The musician and new father continued: ‘I’ve been really asking god to help me see the best in people Even after being used in the way I have.’

He seemingly called himself sneaky as he wrote in an earlier Instagram note that ‘God uses the sneaky ones. Not the holy ones. Im the proof.’

‘Once again it’s Easier to point the finger than it is to take ownership,’ Bieber wrote about going through times of hardship. ‘It’s easy to say d*** their [sic] greedy rather than to check the greed in our own hearts.’
