Karamo Brown is speaking out against his critics.
During the latest episode of Watch What Happens Live aired on Sunday night, November 2, the Queer Eye star addressed and dismissed the ongoing rumors of him undergoing plastic surgery.
In a candid conversation with host Andy Cohen, Brown expressed his frustration over the unnecessary scrutiny he faces online. “I wish people would stop commenting on people’s photos. It’s ridiculous and tacky,” he remarked while discussing the most recent episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac. He continued, “The way people comment on my photos — they say I’ve had every plastic surgery. I’ve had everything. They’ve told me I had facelifts, nose jobs … It’s all real.”
Adding a touch of humor, Brown admitted, “I wish I did. I want some. I ain’t gonna lie to y’all. The minute I get some work done, I’m gonna tell all y’all.”
Celebrating his 45th birthday in the Bravo Clubhouse, Brown assured fans that he has never undergone any surgical procedures. However, he did confess to using photo editing tools on social media to enhance his images.
“I do edit them because I like to smooth out my eyes, but I do think that we need to stop commenting on people’s photos, period,” he said.
Unfortunately, Brown’s PSA was ignored by social media users. Following his attempt to clear up speculation about his appearance, many Watch What Happens Live viewers took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to express their doubt about the talk show host’s claims.
“Karamo mustn’t count dermal fillers as plastic surgery on wwhl. Otherwise his face deserves a segment on the show,” one wrote, while another added, “Is it just me or is Karamo giving Dwight Eubanks? Back off the filler, babe.”
A third person said, “Yikes… Karamo stop messing with your face. His ‘smile’ is still tight AF. When it was like that on #RHOM I figured it was fresh work but nah sis don’t do anything else.”
Someone else noted, “Idk if it’s filler or Botox on Karamo… but girl.”
