Kim Kardashian, Nicole Kidman and Salma Hayek were among a number of fashionably dressed guests attending the Balenciaga Fall 24 show on Saturday in Los Angeles.

The reality TV star, 42, sizzled in a pair of skintight nude lace leggings that showed off her famous hourglass curves, and featured built in heels as she arrived to the show, which took place in a blocked-off residential street in the Hancock Park neighborhood. 

Kidman, 56, looked classy in a black velvet coat dress with a stylish open-shoulder design. She paired the look with a black clutch, pointed toe heels, a large pearl earring, black gloves and sunglasses.

Meanwhile the Frida star, 57, stunned in a form-hugging black ruched dress, which she teamed with a bubblegum pink Balenciaga purse and heels. 

The show comes after the luxury fashion house faced a massive controversy over a year ago when consumers claimed their ad campaign that showed children posing with bears wearing BDSM gear promoted ‘child exploitation.’ 

Kardashian teamed her outfit with a black zip up athletic jacket with a white Beverly Hills logo. She wore her raven tresses parted in the middle and cascading down in a curly wet look.

The mother-of-four shielded her eyes with a pair of futuristic sunglasses.

She carried an Erewhon shopping bag with a bouquet of flowers, as she promoted the new collaboration between the luxury fashion house and the upscale grocery store.

‘This is my purse for the day. There are flowers in it. I’m going to give them to Demna later, she told Variety, in reference to Balenciaga’s creative director Demna Gvasalia. 

Following the show Kardashian told the outlet that the ‘collection was amazing’ and that she liked the ‘Juicy Couture-inspired sweats’ at the start of the show. 

She was joined by sister Kendall Jenner, 28, who wowed in a sleeveless black maxi gown. 

Kim initially faced backlash for refusing to cut ties with the brand and praising the way it handled the scandal, despite her claiming to be ‘shaken’ and ‘disgusted’ by the images.

Since then, she has made her loyalty clear by participating in an ad for Balenciaga’s upcoming Summer 2024 collection.

She posed in a black latex dress and knee-high boots for the brand’s latest campaign.

Back in November 2022, the fashion house came under fierce fire after it released an ad that showed kids posing alongside various BDSM-themed items.

Afterwards, the SKIMS founder, who had been in business with the company for several years before that, refused to cut ties with Balenciaga, but released a statement saying she was ‘shaken’ and ‘disgusted’ by the images.

‘I have been quiet for the past few days, not because I haven’t been shocked and outraged by the recent Balenciaga campaigns, but because I wanted an opportunity to speak to their team to understand for myself how this could have happened,’ she said in an Instagram post.

‘As a mother-of-four, I have been shaken by those disturbing images. The safety of children must be held with the highest regard and anything against it should have no place in our society – period.’

However, Kim said that she was comfortable with how the company reacted to the scandal, adding, ‘I appreciate Balenciaga’s removal of the campaigns and apology.

‘In speaking with them, I believe they understand the seriousness of the issue and will take the necessary measures for this to never happen again.’

At the time, she said she was reconsidering her relationship with the fashion brand but had not yet many any firm decisions.

‘As for my future with Balenciaga, I am currently re-evaluating my relationship with the brand, basing it off their willingness to accept accountability for something that should have never happened to begin with – and the actions I am expecting to see them take to protect children.’

One month later, during an appearance on the Angie Martinez IRL Podcast, she expressed frustration over the public’s reaction to her statement.

She said ‘people got mad’ that she didn’t call for the brand to be cancelled or post ‘f**k you, Balenciaga.’

She added that she was ‘not in this campaign’ and felt that she ‘completely denounced’ child porn in her statement.

While at the show, Salma was joined by her French billionaire husband François-Henri Pinault, 61, at the event. The CEO of Kering looked dapper in a black suit, black shirt and sunglasses.

Meanwhile Kidman also posed for a photo with actress Samara Weaving, 31 — who donned a cropped, black turtleneck top as well as oversize denim jeans and a floor-sweeping trench coat. 

Eva Longoria, 48, thrilled in a tight black turtleneck dress, which she paired with a textured black Balenciaga bag. 

Ashley Graham, 36, stunned in a Matrix style long black coat and trendy black sunglasses.

Rapper Cardi B, 31, was a vision in an opulent bight blue fur coat and later walked the Balenciaga runway. 

Meghann Fahy, 33, showed off her fashion credentials in an oversized Balenciaga blazer and black stockings. 

Brooklyn Beckham, 24, was joined by wife Nicola Peltz, 28, for the fashion show. He went shirtless underneath a black zip-up hoodie, which he teamed with sports pants and white sneakers.

Nicola thrilled in a tight fitting black dress and leggings, as well as chunky black boots.

Teyana Taylor, 32, showed off her edgy style in a Balenciaga shirt dress and an oversized coat. 

The Balenciaga fashion show was a family affair for Lisa Rinna, 60, who made an appearance with her daughters Amelia Gray Hamlin, 22, and Delilah Belle Hamlin, 25. 

For the show, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alumna donned a floor-sweeping, deep blue raincoat-style trench coat over a turtleneck top and black pantaleggings.

Amelia Gray Hamlin wore an oversize but cropped peacoat as a dress to go with a pair of shiny pantaleggings. She was spotted carrying a metallic silver purse and rocking funky sunglasses in a wavy frame.

Meanwhile her eldest daughter wore an oversize gray blazer teamed with the matching, distressed dress pants. She sported massive, rectangular-shaped sunglasses and toted around a leather shoulder bag.

Zooey Deschanel, 43, cut a chic figure in a black blazer and leggings.

Tracee Ellis Ross, 51, put on a theatrical display in a wide-shoulder jacket, a plunging black shirt and a maxi skirt.

Luka Sabbat, 26, wore a green bomber jacker draped over his shoulders.

Leonardo DiCaprio’s model girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, 25, looked cool as ever in an oversized suit, which she teamed with a black purse and high heel boots. The Italian beauty wore her dark tresses slicked back.

Samara Weaving and Stella Maxwell showed off their edgy styles at the event with their trendy outfits. 

Joey King, 24, looked stylish in a houndstooth pattern blazer, black turtleneck and unique fishnet pattern leggings. 

Natasha Lyonne, 44, looked cool in a pink hoodie and black pentaleggings and was joined by Billie Lourd, 31, who rocked an all-black look. 

Cole Sprouse, 31, rocked an oversized black leather jacket over Balenciaga’s controversial towel skirt and pants. 

Jesse Jo Stark, 32, flashed her taut tummy in a black tee and athletic pants.

Christine Chiu was ever the fashionista in a black leather coat with shoulder pads.

Storm Reid showed a glance of her midriff in an all-black look. 

Kim’s pal Chris Appleton, 40, wore a cropped grey hoodie and black jeans underneath a white coat.

Anastasia Karanikolaou, 26, kept it casual cool in a Balenciaga tracksuit and heels. 

Other stars present at the show included Haze Khadra, Fai Khadra, Simi Khadra, Justine Skye, Victoria Pedretti, Analuisa Corrigan, Soo Joo Park, Kaytranada, and 2 Chainz.

The residents on the block were reportedly paid $1,000 per house for the inconvenience of the show, as per Variety.

The invites for the show included hand-delivered Balenciaga power bar paperweights, according to the outlet.
