Kristin Cavallari looked downcast she arrived in Los Angeles on Friday following a bombshell interview.

The Hills star, 38, who recently showcased her toned physique while vacationing in Greece, appeared at ease as she walked through Los Angeles International Airport.

She kept a low profile, wearing a black crop top and faded lowcut jeans and a black leather jacket.

The League actress sported a black LA Dodgers cap over her blonde hair, which was styled in a ponytail. She seemed to wear minimal makeup beneath her dark sunglasses.

The Wild Cherry actress, who is not in contact with her father, Dennis, shared some of the reasons for their estrangement on Tuesday’s episode of her podcast, Let’s Be Honest.

She revealed that although her father told her to be honest with him, she never felt she could be.

‘I just was never really honest with him, where I got to experience not getting in trouble for being honest because I was terrified of my dad,’ she told the audience.

‘I was always so, so scared of my dad. I mean, God, I never wanted to be around my dad, if I’m being completely honest. Like, he just always made me uncomfortable,’ she explained.

‘I probably would have tried that with my mom (Judith Spies Eifrig.) But I never really had the opportunity with my dad because I was so scared sh*tless of my dad,’ she said, adding,  ‘And my dad was always like, I felt like he was always judging me. Ugh, just like that whole energy.’

Cavallari was sent from her mom’s home in the Chicago suburbs live with her father in the eighth grade after she was caught her drinking, smoking pot and sneaking out.

‘I’ve got taken home by the cops in eighth grade. It’s, like, all your typical stuff … ditching school,’ she said in December on Bunnie Xo’s Dumb Blonde podcast.

The Uncommon James founder said she was drawn to ‘that group of kids’ because ‘I had a lot of of trauma.’

‘My escape was to start drinking and doing drugs, and the only way I found a connection was with my boyfriend. I didn’t have a connection at home. And so that was where I found it was with my boyfriend and through all of my friends.’

She has refereed to Dennis as a ‘typical narcissist.’

The influencer cut ties with her father in 2023 after he ‘traumatized’ one of her sons, and ‘had zero accountability, no apology.’

On the Boyfriend Material podcast in June, she declared it ‘one of the best decisions,’ she has made.

On her own podcast,  Cavallari said ‘I fully understand why I did the things, I did. I’m not sad about it at all.’

‘In fact,’ she explained, ‘I’m really thankful for my past and my childhood and the way my parents were and everything because it’s gotten me to where I am today and where I am today is really happy and peaceful and I don’t know that I would be here without my past.’
