LaVar Ball Unveils Stunning $5.2 Million California Mansion with Exclusive Features

The Ball family once again finds themselves in the limelight, thanks to the youngest brother, LaMelo. On June 24, he was transferred from the Hornets to the Timberwolves, making waves in the sports world.

Yet, LaMelo isn’t the only one capturing the spotlight this week. His father, LaVar Ball, made headlines when he appeared in a live session with one of the industry’s leading streamers, N3on. During their discussion, LaVar shared significant personal news, announcing his divorce from Tina, his spouse of almost three decades. Adding to the intrigue, he mentioned he has a new romantic interest, who intriguingly works for him.

The livestream with N3on also featured LaVar boasting his extravagant Chino Hills mansion. This luxurious property, which Lonzo Ball, his son, acquired for a staggering $5.2 million after joining the Lakers in 2017, was a prominent highlight.

During the virtual tour, LaVar flaunted his lavish pool, adorned with the iconic “Big Baller Brand” logo, a brand he established.

Having explored the backyard, complete with a guest house, the duo ventured into the garage to inspect Ball’s collection of vehicles. Among the impressive lineup were a Maybach, a Cadillac Escalade, and a Dodge Challenger.

While LaVar has been among the most polarizing parents in the sports world over the past decade or so, nobody can deny that he has good taste in real estate.

Then again, perhaps Lonzo should get credit, as he’s the one who actually purchased the mansion.
