Sean 'Diddy' Combs accused of raping woman with 'Tootsie Roll'-sized penis: lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of raping a woman with his “Tootsie Roll”-sized penis in a bombshell new lawsuit.

Jane Doe alleges that she encountered the founder of Bad Boys Records in May 2001 and spent time with him at various locations such as nightclubs, a restaurant, and his recording studio in NYC, based on court documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday.

During one incident in July of that same year, she states that Combs took her to his apartment after a night at a club and proceeded to lock her in his bedroom, asserting that nothing inappropriate had happened prior to that.

The music mogul allegedly pushed her onto the bed, put his hand around her throat and said, “I’m going to suck the life out of you.”

She goes on to assert that Combs, who is currently 55 years old, then let go of her and proceeded to unzip his pants, revealing what she described as an “erect, bare-skinned penis resembling the length and girth of a large Tootsie Roll.”

Per TMZ, she says in the lawsuit that she was “relieved” by the alleged size of the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper’s manhood, claiming she knew intercourse would not hurt because he lacked “length and girth” and had “an itty-bitty Diddy.”

She claims in the suit that she shouted for Combs to stop and told him that she did not consent but he overpowered her.

She claims that he ejaculated on her body afterward.

The woman claims she then went to the bathroom to clean up. When she came out, she ran for the door as Combs was allegedly lying on the bed naked.

A bodyguard was allegedly standing outside of Combs’ room and pointed her toward the exit. She claims she and a friend were taken home by his staff.

Afterward, the woman claims she stopped answering the musician’s phone calls.

According to the outlet, the woman claims she underwent psychotherapy to help deal with the trauma following the alleged rape.

She’s seeking damages after allegedly suffering emotional and physical abuse, trauma and psychological damage.

Reps for Combs did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment about the rape accusation.

The “Last Night” rapper has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” his attorneys said in a previous statement.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

The civil lawsuit from Jane Doe was filed amid Combs’ ongoing sex-trafficking trial, which began May 5 in New York City.
