Linda Hogan’s vitriolic war of words with daughter Brooke has her taking a shock stance on her ex-husband. 

Brooke Hogan, aged 36, and her mother Linda, aged 65, have been involved in a heated argument this week. Linda made a series of surprising allegations against the family.

Linda, the ex-wife of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, posted a troubling video in which she accused the WWE star of being a ‘complete liar’ and a ‘sex addict’.

However, in yet another twist, she performed a shocking U-turn Saturday when she came to the 71-year-old’s defense. 

Despite admitting Hulk was ‘a s****y husband,’ Linda insisted that that reputation didn’t extend to his role as a father. 

She told TMZ that the former wrestler was ‘always a good father’ who splashed out ‘over $3million’ on his daughter’s career.

The U-turn came during Linda’s latest attack on daughter Brooke amid their war of words 

She also seized the chance to take yet another shot at her daughter, claiming that by icing out her parents for ‘bogus, selfish, childish reasons’, Brooke will be negatively impacting the lives of her own children. 

‘Our marriage didn’t work out but what Brooke’s doing to us is completely unprecedented, unexpected and unfair and not true,’ she told the outlet. ‘Hulk Hogan, my ex, has been really distraught and saddened by her distance just as I and her brother Nick have as well.’

‘After what Brooke has done and to punish us and torture us, to get married and to have twins and to not call us, the damage is already been done,’ she added. 

‘I don’t think she could hurt us anymore, so she can just march on her merry way with her family. I wish them well but she has left a path of destruction.’ 

Brooke welcomed twins with her husband, former NHL player Steven Oleksy, in January. 

It is a stark contrast from the attack Linda launched on her ‘sex addict’ ex-husband earlier this week when she blamed him for the familial rift. 

She said the wrestling icon, whose real name is Terry Bollea, left their family ‘in the worst mess’ after Brooke cut both her parents out of her life.

Brooke herself had fired back at her mom earlier this week, insisting her father was not the only reason behind the family divide that Linda had taken issue with.

Brooke and her husband, former NHL player Steven Oleksy, welcomed twins in January 

Linda responded by denying she ever abused her daughter. She claimed she was attacked herself and branded Brooke ‘a narcissist just like her dad’. ‘I haven’t talked to her for seven years – almost eight years now,’ Linda said.

Brooke later posted a family picture that she said disproves that claim.

The drama continued on Friday night, when Linda speaking to TMZ again said that ‘the love is gone’ from their relationship.

Hogan and Linda were married for 26 years between 1983 and 2009. They have two children together – Brooke, 36, and Nick, 34.

Hogan remarried in 2010, tying the knot with Jennifer McDaniel, but they split 11 years later. He married his third wife – Sky Daily – in 2023, in a ceremony that Brooke did not attend. 

The WWE star’s ex-wife told TMZ she was forced to be the ‘bad cop’ during their children’s upbringing because Hogan was a soft touch who wanted to be liked. 

Linda reportedly believes Brooke sidelined her to stay in her father’s good books following their divorce – so as not to miss out on the fame and money.
