Marysol Patton, who viewers may recognize from Bravo’s show “The Real Housewives of Miami,” is selling a significant family property in Coconut Grove. She is putting her late mother’s long-held residence on the market for .95 million.

The waterfront home, at 2120 South Bayshore Drive, sprawls across nearly 4,000 square feet and offers a split-level layout with distinct living spaces on each floor — each including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate kitchens, dining areas and living rooms.

Constructed in 1965, the residence boasts a canal-front setting, complete with a boat dock — suitable for a 32-foot vessel despite its 28-foot official measure — and unobstructed ocean access.

Among its highlights are a built-in bar and expansive views of the water, features that have earned it screen time on the Miami-based reality series.

Patton’s decision to sell comes after years of holding onto the property following the deaths of her parents.

“My mom passed 6 years ago and my dad passed 7 years ago and I’ve been sitting on the property,” she told The Post. “I’m finally emotionally ready to move on and sell the home. I held onto it for so long because I felt guilty letting go sooner, but it’s time.”

Her father, Donald Patton, died in 2018, followed by her mother, Elsa Patton, in 2019.

The home, originally built in 1958, has a history of intermittent rental activity.

During the 2020 pandemic, it fetched $4,200 per month, but by 2024, rental rates had climbed sharply, fluctuating between $14,000 and $18,000 monthly.

Property records reveal that Donald and Elsa Patton acquired the residence in 1990 for a modest $380,000 — a stark contrast to its current asking price.

Patton herself is listing the property, without any brokers.
