Massive In-N-Out Burger Makes Debut on Las Vegas Strip Today

California’s iconic burger chain, In-N-Out Burger, is set to expand its presence on the Las Vegas Strip with a new location opening on Tuesday. This addition is situated at BLVD Las Vegas, a vibrant retail and entertainment hub located at 3747 S. Las Vegas Blvd. The opening promises to deliver a fresh wave of their popular offerings, including Double-Doubles, Animal Fries, and shakes, to the bustling tourist hotspot.

Based in Irvine, the chain announced that the new Las Vegas Strip restaurant will accommodate 170 diners indoors, with an additional 50 seats available on an outdoor patio. This establishment, covering approximately 8,000 square feet, includes a 2,500-square-foot terrace, potentially making it the largest In-N-Out Burger location in the chain’s extensive network, as highlighted by Neon.

The management of this new venue will be under the experienced leadership of Travis Barendt, who brings 15 years of tenure with In-N-Out Burger, according to the company.

The roughly 8,000-square-foot restaurant also features a 2,500-square-foot terrace, according to Neon, making it likely the largest In-N-Out location in the chain’s footprint.

The new restaurant will be managed by Travis Barendt, a 15-year In-N-Out veteran, the company said.

The location is expected to employ about 70 workers, with a starting wage of $18.25 per hour. The company said it will continue hiring new associates in the months ahead.

The new In-N-Out opens daily at 10:30 a.m.

The opening gives the Las Vegas Strip another outpost of the wildly popular California-born burger chain, which already operates another location at The Linq.

In-N-Out was founded in 1948 by Harry and Ester Snyder in Baldwin Park as California’s first drive-thru hamburger stand. The company remains owned and operated by the Snyders’ granddaughter Lynsi — and it does not franchise its restaurants.

The chain said its burgers are still made with fresh, never-frozen beef patties produced by In-N-Outs own butches, while fries are hand-diced from whole potatoes inside each restaurant.

In-N-Out has long been one of California’s most recognizable exports, drawing cult-like loyalty for its simple menu, not-so-secret “secret menu” and late-night road-trip appeal.

The company now operates restaurants across California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Colorado, Idaho, Washington and Tennessee.

BLVD Las Vegas describes itself as an “elevated activated destination at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.”

The restaurant’s arrival comes as In-N-Out continues to expand beyond its California roots while keeping its headquarters in Southern California.
