When comparing an image from 2005 to one from 2025, Kardashian’s nose appears significantly altered. The earlier picture shows a wider nose, while the later one seems more refined, with a slimmer nasal tip and straighter dorsum. The nostrils in the newer image appear more pronounced, giving a flared look. A Reddit user captured this transformation succinctly, commenting, “Bro her nose looks very different. It’s upturned, flared, and pointier,” in response to another user’s claim that Kardashian’s appearance hasn’t changed much.
Numerous social media commentators suggest that Kardashian has likely undergone multiple nose surgeries. Some have noted that her nostrils once appeared even more flared, leading to speculation of further modification. One Redditor remarked, “…it looked like she was constantly smelling a pile of sh*t and she definitely had it fixed to what it is now.” Despite public consensus on her nose’s evolution, Kardashian seems unwavering in her narrative.

Kim Kardashian consistently maintains her stance against having cosmetic surgery, asserting that her current nose is the same one she was born with. She acknowledges the difference in its appearance over the years but credits the transformation to the expertise of her makeup artist, Mario Dedivanovic. “I never had my nose done. Everyone thought I did,” she revealed during a 2019 masterclass with Dedivanovic, according to ET.
Dedivanovic explained to attendees how his makeup techniques help soften the appearance of Kardashian’s nose bump, causing variations in its look across different photos. Kardashian herself finds the changes surprising, stating, “Pictures, I swear, I look at them and would be like, ‘Wow, the bump looks so much bigger in some pictures than in others.'” She has even suggested that her children’s noses will eventually vindicate her claims, tweeting, “You will see when I have kids, they will have the same nose as me,” in reaction to ongoing speculation.

If her four kids’ noses take after hers or Kanye West’s is a different discussion, but many people do think Kardashian may be telling the truth. “Her nose literally looks the same just better makeup,” an X user defended. Another agreed that photo angles and her different makeup style across the years is the biggest contributor to the perceived changes to her nose. “Clearly, her head us tilted in the second picture and contouring wasn’t a thing back when the first picture was taken,” another user argued.
