Major hizzboner!

The mayor of a North Dakota city swiftly resigned after accidentally sending a video of himself masturbating to a city attorney, citing it as a mistake.

Tom Ross, the former mayor of Minot, stepped down following a brief investigation into the explicit video he sent to a female city attorney in January.

In a statement to KFYR-TV, Ross admitted to the error and expressed regret for not being able to rectify it immediately. He stated, “The decision I made falls in line with all my work on behalf of the City of Minot. I put my heart and soul into this community.”

City Attorney Stefanie Stalheim told investigators she had spoken to Ross about a police officer’s suicide just minutes before she received a video of the mayor going to town on himself.

Ross tried to put the jack back in the box — explaining to Stalheim that he recorded the “sexy video for his girlfriend” on his lunch break and requested the attorney delete the smut and keep the entire incident between the two of them.

The wanker later told city investigators that his girlfriend’s name also begins with the letter ‘C,’ which is why the vulgar vid was mistakenly sent to a contact saved as ‘City Attorney,’ the outlet reported.

Stalheim filed an official harassment report two weeks later, asking for a formal apology from the mayor and requesting he consider resigning.

The investigation found that Ross “directly caused Stalheim’s inability to work in an environment free from unreasonable sexual harassment and created an offensive work environment.”

The city of Minot will now have a 15-day period in which residents can petition to hold a special election. If no such petition emerges, the Minot City Council will appoint a mayor from within the governing body.

The city of Minot sits just 50 miles from the Canadian border and is the fourth-most populous city in North Dakota, with a population of 47,000 people.

Neither Stalheim nor Ross responded to The Post’s request for comment.
