Megyn Kelly on battle against 'condition' brought on by COVID vaccine

Podcasting queen Megyn Kelly provided the Daily Mail with an exclusive update on her health following a shocking diagnosis from a doctor suggesting she might be experiencing a side effect of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Host of the ‘Megyn Kelly Show,’ Kelly acknowledged that she is still managing an unspecified autoimmune condition, expressing her frustration by labeling the situation as ‘f*****g annoying.’

The conservative media personality, 54, shared with the Daily Mail, “I just had my annual physical and it’s still testing positive for autoimmune. I really, really regret having gotten the vaccine.”

Kelly, who recently launched a new podcast network called MK Media, said she received two Pfizer jabs in 2020 and then an additional booster at the recommendation of her doctors.

She lamented that she felt compelled to take the shots because it was difficult going out during the pandemic in New York City, where she lived at the time, without proof of vaccination.

‘You could get the fake cards, but it was hard. I didn’t know how to do it,’ said Kelly, who was 50 when she was first immunized against COVID. ‘So, I trusted my doctors and I did it.’

Kelly, who went public first announced her vaccine complications on an episode of her podcast in February, said that within months of getting the booster shot, she tested positive for an autoimmune condition.

Her rheumatologist reportedly speculated the malady could have been a result of Kelly receiving multiple jabs and then contracting COVID.

‘I said [to the rheumatologist], could it be that I had the third shot – and then within a month of it, got the Omicron version,’ Kelly recalled. ‘And she said, yes.’

‘It’s an unfortunate thing. You can’t undo the past,’ Kelly said, conceding that there have been ‘worse’ outcomes experienced by other people.

‘But we were lied to,’ she continued, criticizing the establishment for not warning the public about potential risks. ‘It was not an informed assumption of the risk.’

Severe side-effects attributed to the COVID vaccine have been documented, such as allergic reactions and anaphylaxis. The Centers for Disease Control has also noted other complications, such as myocarditis, inflammation of the heart muscle, or pericarditis, inflammation of the heart lining, as well as an autoimmune disease called Guillain-Barre Syndrome, which affects the nerves.

Of course, the COVID vaccine has also been credited with saving millions of lives globally. But there are growing, yet-unanswered questions over whether the vaccine should have been pushed so aggressively on young and healthy individuals, who were not at particular risk to adverse outcomes from the COVID virus.

Early-stage research out of Yale University also suggested a link between mRNA immunization and ‘post-vaccination syndrome,’ (PVS) which could cause exercise intolerance, insomnia, brain fog and dizziness. The study, published as a pre-print in February, reported that PVS could potentially contribute to autoimmunity or tissue damage – and even reawake the dormant Epstein-Barr virus in the body.

‘There’s no question people have been hurt and even killed,’ claimed Kell. ‘I, for one, have learned a ton, but remain pissed off about how the whole thing was handled.’

Dr. Aseem Malhotra – a cardiologist, who has faced backlash for his vaccine skepticism, previously told the Daily Mail that he was diagnosed with psoriasis, speculating that it was linked to the COVID jab. He praised Kelly in February for bringing her health scare to light on her podcast – on which he also appeared.

‘The fact that one of the United States’ most popular public figures only just opened up about being vaccine-injured, feeling safe to discuss it with a doctor who understands the situation, suggests that many, perhaps millions of Americans are suffering in silence,’ he said.

After the success of ‘The Megyn Kelly Podcast,’ Kelly launched her latest venture last month – MK Media, a video and audio podcast network.

Among the first three hosts to join her network is the Daily Mail’s columnist Maureen Callahan, who Kelly lauded as ‘clever.’ She championed Callahan’s ‘unique’ perspectives, calling her ‘a cultural maven.’

‘There’s just no one better,’ Kelly previously said. ‘God help you if she turns her pen against you — it’s going to be so fun for the rest of us, though.’

Callahan will host a show titled, ‘The Nerve’ which will launch this month.
