Lindsey Langston is accusing Mills of threatening to release private images and videos of intimate moments with her.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — In Columbia County Friday, Representative Cory Mills and the current Miss United States testified before a judge in a restraining order hearing.

Lindsey Langston, a Lake City native, won the crown while competing as Miss Florida; she was crowned in Oct. 2024 and is still the title holder.

In August, she accused Mills of threatening to leak intimate photos and videos.

Police say the pair were romantically involved but broke up earlier this year.

In her testimony, Langston said Mills also threatened her future partners, and she said she feared for his mental health.

“I tried to communicate to Cory that he’s– he’s hurt me. He really has hurt me through all of this,” Langston told the court. “Just maybe if he ever did care about me, he would see the damage that he’s done and just kind of let me go home with my head down and let me move on?”

Mills denies the allegations and says he has no intention of pursuing a future relationship with Langston and did not intend to accost future partners.

A judge called a recess in Friday’s hearing without making a final ruling, so more testimony could be heard at a later date.
