JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A man is recovering after a robbery with injuries at the Super 8 hotel on Youngerman Circle, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Police they responded around 12:30 p.m. to a robbery with injuries at 5959 Youngerman Circle E. A man advised that he was in his hotel room when he was robbed by multiple people.

Police say the victim was struck multiple times in the face before his valuables were stolen and the suspects fled.

JSO says the victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries to his face.

Three or four suspects are believed to have been involved in this incident.
