A human skull, along with several other remains, was unearthed in the shrubs this week at Coney Island in Brooklyn, as reported by local authorities.
Officials revealed that the skull was found near the Riegelmann Boardwalk, specifically between West 32nd and West 33rd Streets, just before 6 p.m. on Tuesday, according to ABC 7.
As the New York City Police Department delved into the initial findings, they uncovered additional remains at the same location on Wednesday, the report stated.

One resident who spoke to Fox News Digital called the discovery “spooky” and “unsettling.”
“It is crazy, hopefully it doesn’t happen again,” another resident said.
