NBA player Ty Jerome, known for his successful season with the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2024-2025, is putting up his home in Studio City, Los Angeles for sale at $2.59 million.
This development coincides with Jerome’s move to join the Memphis Grizzlies after rumors surfaced that the Cavaliers didn’t actively pursue re-signing him.
In a statement to Gimme Shelter, Jerome expressed his sentiments, stating, “While the LA house has been incredible, I feel it’s time to let go and make a fresh start in Memphis.”
The 2,886-square-foot ranch-style residence comes with four bedrooms and five baths. Outside, there’s a pool and a fire pit — all on 0.27 acres. Jerome bought the dwelling for $2.58 million in February of 2024.
“For me, the magic of the home is the variety of outdoor spaces,” said Douglas Elliman’s Jordyn Taylor Braff, of the Netflix show “Selling the City,” who is listing the home with Elliman’s Holly Edwards.
The open floor plan boasts a large living room and dining room area with a chef’s kitchen, which includes two custom built-in wine fridges.
There’s also a 750-square-foot, four-car garage that doubles as a flexible space — it could be a production office, a flexible creative studio or a gym.
In addition, custom accordion doors open to mountain views, a deck with a built-in barbecue and an entertainment area.
