This week the star with blonde hair – whose great grandfather Peter Rathvon collaborated with Cary Grant and Ginger Rodgers, and created a Tarzan film – was seen in a light pink swimsuit while on a short holiday in a tropical location in exclusive photos shared with DailyMail.com.

The slender siren looked to be in the best shape of her life as she posed by a hot tub and a palm tree.

Sierra, who is a descendant of English and Norwegian royalty, also shared her 15 minute a day exercise hack she says does wonders.

‘My workout routine that takes only 15 minutes is centered around balance. I begin with 5 minutes of yoga to awaken my body, then move on to the treadmill for 10 minutes of intense sprints while listening to heavy metal or house music—it provides the perfect combination of strength and stamina,’ the fitness enthusiast disclosed to DailyMail.com.

‘When I’m not following that routine, I opt for hikes in the hills or surfing to keep myself in shape while enjoying myself!’ mentioned the celebrity whose grandfather was involved in the iconic Hollywood film, Citizen Kane.

She added, ‘I love staying active in different ways—surfing, hiking, yoga—but when I need something quick, I do 15 minutes of intense treadmill sprints to heavy metal or house music. 

‘It gets my heart racing and keeps me feeling strong.’

‘For a quick but effective workout, I mix it up—5 minutes of yoga to stretch, 5 minutes of core work, and 5 minutes of sprint intervals on the treadmill while blasting heavy metal or house music. 

‘But honestly, my favorite workouts happen outdoors—hiking in nature or catching waves while surfing!’

The beauty follows a strict vegan lifestyle. 

‘My 15-minute trick keeps me in shape, but the real secret is nine years of plant-based eating,’ noted the star.

‘A clean vegan diet fuels my body for everything I do—whether it’s surfing, hiking, yoga, or an intense treadmill sprint session to heavy metal or house music!’

‘I mix things up—some days I’m surfing, some days I’m hiking, and when I need a quick, intense workout, I jump on the treadmill for 15 minutes of sprints while blasting heavy metal or house music. 

‘But at the end of the day, I believe fitness starts with what you eat, and my plant-based diet gives me the energy to keep up with it all!’

‘My 15-minute workout trick is all about balance. I start with 5 minutes of yoga to wake up my body, then hit the treadmill for 10 minutes of all-out sprints to heavy metal or house music—it’s the perfect mix of strength and endurance,’ the workout enthusiast told DailyMail.com

‘My ideal workout is a little bit of everything—surfing for strength, hiking for endurance, yoga for flexibility, and 15-minute treadmill sprints to heavy metal or house music when I need to go all out. After nine years of being vegan, I know that fueling my body the right way makes every workout more effective!’

The star, who goes by Sierra Ashley on social media, has worked hard. 

Sierra is a ‘dedicated entrepreneur and businesswoman with a strong presence in both the music and hospitality industries.’

‘I’ve built my career working with the top hospitality groups in LA and collaborating with some of the biggest names in music,’ she said.

‘My work keeps me at the center of entertainment and culture, and I’m always focused on what’s next.

‘Through my grandfather, we are directly descended from the kings of England, the first rulers of Normandy, and even the legendary kings of Norway—going as far back as recorded history allows. It’s a heritage I deeply respect and take pride in.’
