Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused of sex trafficking three women in a new criminal indictment filed by prosecutors on Thursday.

Set to stand trial on May 5, the 55-year-old rapper was previously accused of trafficking one woman. However, a new indictment now accuses him of trafficking two additional women, as revealed by DailyMail.com.

However, despite the new accusations, no additional charges have been filed against the disgraced music mogul.

Despite the allegations, the rapper has consistently denied any wrongdoing since they first surfaced. Following the initial filing of charges, he pled not guilty. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, addressed the new indictment in a statement to DailyMail.com.

Agnifilo stated, ‘The latest Indictment does not introduce any new offenses. The prosecution’s argument remains flawed. The government now claims that two of Mr. Combs’ former partners were not actually his girlfriends but were instead prostitutes. Mr. Combs remains resolute in his determination to fight these accusations and emerge victorious at trial.’

In the indictment, prosecutors allege that Combs transported the three women — as well as professional sex workers — across state lines.

None of the women are identified by name in the indictment, but one of the women is apparently Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, the singer Cassie Ventura, who accused him of raping and repeatedly physically abusing her in a lawsuit filed in November 2023.

Diddy settled the lawsuit just one day after she filed it, though the terms of the settlement were not announced, and he did not publicly admit to any of her accusations.

Despite Ventura not being named, the details of one of the incidents listed in the indictment are similar to a widely reported altercation between her and her then-boyfriend.

Prosecutors say that, in March 2016, Diddy was pictured on a hotel security camera hitting a woman and then dragging her back to the room where one of his alleged ‘freak off’ sex parties was in progress.

In May of last year, hotel security footage emerged showing Diddy — who was shirtless with a towel wrapped around his waist — chasing Ventura down a hall at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles.

As she tried to get into an elevator, he grabbed her by the back of the head and threw her to the ground, before kicking her motionless body multiple times and then dragging her back to the hotel room by her clothes.

After the video was released by CNN, Combs issued an apology, but his attorney Marc Agnifilo was quick to claim that the video didn’t indicate that his client had committed sex trafficking.

The former hitmaker has been held in a Brooklyn jail since he was first hit with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges in September 2024.

The superseding indictment is similar to the initial one, but in addition to accusing Combs of trafficking additional women, it also extends the time frame in which he is accused of racketeering conspiracy from 2008 to 2004; seen in 2018 in LA

Last week, he accused federal investigators of disguising themselves as prison guards to search his cell for additional evidence against him for his criminal trial.

The superseding indictment is similar to the initial one, but in addition to accusing Combs of trafficking additional women, it also extends the time frame in which he is accused of racketeering conspiracy.

Prosecutors first accused him of being involved in a ‘criminal organization’ that was responsible for kidnapping and drug-related crimes as far back as 2008, but they now allege that the illegal activity began four years earlier, in 2004.

The new indictment expands the list of drugs Combs and his associates are accused of distributing or attempting to distribute, which initially listed cocaine, ketamine and oxycodone.

The new indictment adds methamphetamine and hallucinogenic mushrooms to the list of substances.

He is accused of trying to encourage women to have sex by plying them with substances including ketamine and ecstasy.

Prosecutors also say he offered the women financial compensation and promises to help them advance their careers if they participated in his freak off parties.

The superseding indictment appears to include the allegation from the fashion designer Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan that Diddy dangled her over the edge of a 17th-floor balcony.

The indictment also includes an incident in which designer Bryana Bongolan claimed Diddy threatened her life by dangling her from a 17th-floor balcony; seen in 2022 in LA

Bongolan, who sued Diddy for $10 million, said she had been sleeping in Ventura’s apartment when he allegedly barged in and began berating her for no obvious reason, before holding her over the balcony

Although Bongolan claimed not to have been involved in a freak off party that allegedly happened just before the incident, she said an intoxicated Diddy stormed into Ventura’s apartment, where Bongolan — who was friends with her —had been sleeping.

She allegedly hid on the balcony, only for the record executive to storm out and hold her over the edge of the balcony under her arms, threatening her with potential death.

After Ventura returned to the apartment and tried to calm him down, he allegedly threw Bongolan against the balcony furniture.

He has denied that the incident ever took place.

In addition to the latest indictment, Diddy is also battling dozens of lawsuits filed against by both women and men who accuse him of sexually assault and harassment.

He has denied all of the allegations.
