Cops have released heartbreaking new details about Caitlyn Jenner’s longtime friend and manager Sophia Hutchins following her shocking death at 29.

Hutchins — a former Trump campaign surrogate — died in an ATV crash Wednesday after colliding with the bumper of a moving car in Malibu, Calif.

The impact threw her vehicle off the road and down a 350-foot ravine — not far from Jenner’s $3.5 million condo.

Now, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has revealed that speed was a factor in the fatal crash.

“It appears she might have been speeding and hit the back of the other vehicle, and that caused her to steer to the right and drive off the cliff,” shared Sergeant Eduardo Saucedo from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department with the Daily Mail on Saturday.

“It doesn’t seem like she was following them. I think she just she came up on them and then hit the car.”

Saucedo added that the other vehicle, a gray 2016 Mazda 6, had two females in it.

“It seems like she attempted to swerve to avoid it, but she was traveling at a high speed and only managed to graze the back of that Mazda, leading her to veer off and plunge off the cliff,” Saucedo elaborated.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department didn’t immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

Emergency responders pronounced Hutchins dead at the scene. No one else was injured.

Footage captured by KCAL News showed a blue ATV laying on top of an upside-down vehicle that had previously crashed in the same spot.

The new crash details come shortly after Jenner broke her silence following her friend’s sudden death.

The Olympic gold medalist, 75, told the Daily Mail she was going through “tough times” and didn’t “want to talk” during a Starbucks run Thursday.

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” alum declined to speak further with the outlet.

Jenner and Hutchins were introduced through their mutual hairstylist in 2015 — the same year Jenner came out as transgender.

Hutchins credited Jenner’s coming out story with helping her complete her own transition.

Two years later, the Pepperdine University graduate moved in with Jenner, who was 46 years her senior, and became her manager.

Caitlyn’s close friendship with Hutchins sparked a slew of dating rumors, which they both repeatedly denied.
