More details are coming to light about the pair of bodies found in vehicles at Southern California tow yards, including that both bodies are those of females.
The bodies were found Monday and Tuesday, first in a Tesla belonging to the singer D4vd at a Hollywood tow yard and then in a tow yard in Chesterfield in South Los Angeles.
The first victim had “been deceased inside the vehicle for an extended period of time before being found,” according to a statement from the medical examiner’s office, as reported by the Los Angeles Times.
That person’s age and ethnicity have not yet been definitively determined, but officials said she was 5-foot-2 and weighed 71 pounds. She also reportedly had a tattoo on her right index finger that reads “Shhh…”
While less is known about the second victim, officials say she was partially burnt.
It’s unclear if the two bodies are connected or if their discovery one day apart was a coincidence.
