Prominent New York socialite and author Jean Shafiroff, along with her husband, investment adviser Martin Shafiroff, have made headlines by purchasing a breathtaking modern waterfront home in Manalapan, Florida. This exclusive billionaires’ haven, nestled between Delray and Palm Beach, became theirs through an off-market transaction for approximately $21 million, as Gimme Shelter reports.

Manalapan has been home to several notable residents, including Oracle’s billionaire Larry Ellison, who recently topped the list as the world’s richest person, as well as renowned figures like Tony Robbins, Billy Joel, and famed developer Joe Farrell.

The Shafiroffs’ newly acquired residence is situated on Churchill Way and was initially listed at about $25 million.

This impressive two-story glass mansion spans 15,300 square feet and boasts six bedrooms along with 8 1/2 bathrooms.

“The house is incredibly modern and high-tech. I’ve never encountered anything like it in southern Florida, and it comes fully furnished with extensive security features,” Jean shared with Gimme Shelter.

The Shafiroffs also own homes in New York, Southampton and Jupiter, but plan on listing the latter home later this year.

Their new Manalapan abode boasts high ceilings, a wine tasting room, a large chef’s kitchen
and lots of walk-in closet space. Outside, there’s a pool, 250 feet of Intracoastal waterfront and serene views.

The listing broker was Mercedes Foster of Real Broker LLC, while the Shafiroffs were represented by Jason Haverkamp, of William Raveis Real Estate.
